Lithuania Says Putin Won't Use Nukes If Troops Sent To Ukraine, Russia Slams Macron's "Rhetoric"

Russia has warned France that if President Macron sends troops to Ukraine then they would be seen as legitimate targets by the Russian army. Moscow said Russia is already seeing growing numbers of French nationals among those killed in Ukraine. Simonytė doubts the weapons would be used, given the radioactive fallout would also hit Russia as “most of the time the winds blow from west to east”.
