00:32 The final assessment by the group is recommended the three-year term monitoring improvements at the City Council should end as expected next month.
00:40 However, officials have advised support for the council should continue on a more informal basis. It's expected this will run until March 31st next year.
00:48 The officials praise the council's leadership, however, concerns remain around the performance of the city's property services, with improvements said to have been slow and more limited than in other areas.
