01:38 we issue what we call special permit.

01:41 Normally, we get the jeeps from the neighboring routes

01:47 where there's no one consolidating.

01:51 Although some people will say that the jeeps that are not being consolidated

01:53 are the ones that are being consolidated,

01:55 this is not yet being consolidated.

01:59 This is under the Public Service Act.

02:02 Even though they are consolidated under the law,

02:06 there's still a process before they are declared as consolidated.

02:11 LTFRB has started to send show-cause orders

02:15 to these jeeps to consolidate.

02:18 They will be given 5 days to consolidate.

02:20 After this, they will be returned by the French.

02:24 The arrest could start on the 3rd or 4th of May.

02:28 As of now, LTO, MMD and PNP are flagging the cooler rooms.
