00:17The highest possible heat index is 45 degrees Celsius in Virac-Catanduanes, Rojas-Capiz, and Guiwan-Eastern Samar.

00:31The heat index may reach 42 or 43 degrees Celsius in some parts of the country.

00:39Here in Metro Manila, the heat index may reach 41 degrees Celsius.
