ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಬಳಕೆ: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆ

ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಬಂಡಾಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಕೆಎಸ್ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಭಾವ ಚಿತ್ರ ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆದ ಬಳಿಕ ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಬರಲಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಇದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇ 7ರಂದು ಮತದಾನ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.

The hearing of the petition filed by BJP's rebel candidate from Shimoga Lok Sabha constituency KS Eshwarappa objecting to the use of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's avatar in the election campaign has been adjourned. This petition will come up for hearing after the election in Shimoga. Thus it has caused setback for BJP. Voting for Shimoga Constituency will be held on May 7.
