00:00The Young and the Restless spoilers, Kyle's court shakeup wants Claire to adopt Harrison.

00:07What if Summer keeps on blaming Claire for what happened with Harrison?

00:11She could refuse to let Harrison meet Claire and she could get really nasty with Kyle if

00:16he keeps Claire company.

00:19After seeing that side of Summer Kyle could think she isn't fit to be a mother, Claire

00:23is.

00:24Claire may have gone through so much but she's still such a kind woman but Kyle could think

00:29Summer is as obnoxious as ever.

00:32And decide that he needs a court battle to take away Summer's adoption authority on Harrison.

00:38So that Claire can officially adopt the young guy.

00:42Of course, he won't be thinking from his heart and the battle will be intense if he proceeds

00:47to go on with it.

00:49As much as Harrison likes Claire I doubt he'd wanna call her mommy.

00:54Kyle's insane move.

00:57Summer is not having it at all.

01:00She's pointing fingers at Claire for what went down with Harrison, and she's not being

01:04shy about it.

01:06I mean the poor guy has trauma now, and he's so young, it's understandable that Summer's

01:12worried but she may take it too far.

01:15In fact, she's getting downright nasty, even threatening to keep Harrison away from Claire.

01:22And maybe this will make Kyle start to see a side of Summer that he's not too fond of.

01:28I mean he has seen it already before but, you know, he likes Claire this time around

01:33so it'll be sickening to him.

01:36And maybe he'll be thinking, hey, maybe Claire would make a better mom after all.

01:42What's more, is that he could think, Claire's been through a lot, but she's still got a

01:47heart of gold.

01:49Meanwhile, Summer's attitude is as obnoxious as ever, and Kyle's not about to let her call

01:54the shots.

01:55So, what's Kyle's insane move, you ask?

02:00Well, he may be thinking about taking Summer to court to strip away her adoption authority

02:05over Harrison.

02:08And let's not forget about poor Harrison caught in the middle of it all.

02:12I mean, he might like Claire, but calling her mommy?

02:17That's a whole other story.

02:19But Kyle's not exactly thinking with his head here.
