00:49 But even government agencies are being hacked.

00:53 It's considered a crisis according to a group of digital Filipinos.

00:57 According to the Department of Information and Communications Technology, most of them are being stopped.

01:03 It does not mean that all of them are successful in their attacks and breaches.

01:09 Those attacks are probably 10 percent success.

01:12 We still do actions for it to be remediated as well.

01:16 They also said that only six out of 200 people from their cybersecurity bureau were hacked.

01:22 That's far from other countries, like Singapore, which has 800 cybersecurity experts,

01:28 or Myanmar, which has 400.

01:31 To recruit, the DICT has a hack4gov,

01:35 where different teams from universities are working on cybersecurity,

01:41 like fighting hacking.

01:43 The government needs skilled individuals who will combat cyber threats

01:48 and ensure the safety of our countrymen.
