00:00Oh well look it's been incredibly well run as ever, efficient and effective running of
00:05the election right across South Yorkshire. I was in Rotherham last night, here in Barnsley
00:08today. I'll be over in Sheffield later today and then Doncaster tomorrow. Always really
00:13well run process, got absolute confidence in the process itself. Look it's still early
00:17on for me, our election result won't be until tomorrow afternoon at about one o'clock we
00:22think, so still looking at the results here. It looks good, I'm confident, I'm hopeful
00:27but still a long way to go.
00:28Look nationally the evidence would seem to be in those places that counted last night
00:32that there is a real swing towards Labour, that people are seeing that Labour is the
00:35change that this country needs. Look we're in a mess, we're in an absolute mess after
00:4014 years of Conservative and Lib Dem governments. I think most people are just deeply frustrated
00:44and angry with the state of this country and they want to see change happen and the results
00:48that we seem to have seen overnight, hopefully the results here in South Yorkshire indicate
00:52that people in South Yorkshire share that hope for a better future with a Labour government,
00:57a Labour mayor and a Labour council and that's what I hope we're seeing but I'm way to go.
