00:06 targeted lung health check screening program where we're trying to diagnose
00:10 cancers earlier and the more cancers we diagnose earlier the more patients we
00:14 can cure. Sally, over to you.
00:16 Hi. Yeah, we just do lots of low-dose CT scans and check the health of the patient's lungs
00:22 and we can detect any early signs of lung cancer and offer them treatments, which there's much more treatment.
00:29 So the trouble is to get enough people early.
00:31 Yeah. So we have to invite the GP's, give us the name of the detail and they get invited to the program.
00:40 It's a case of people want to come to the screening program. But lots of people have signed up.
