00:00 You had like 95 stunt performers on the film, which is amazing.
00:03 So how did you find working with them and making those sometimes really insane, crazy
00:08 stunts come to life on screen?
00:10 Yeah, one of the best parts about this movie in specific is, you know, when stunt performers
00:15 go into the job of being stunt performers, they want to do stunts.
00:22 And there's times when you might do a fall down the stairs or get punched or get hit
00:28 by a car, all that kind of stuff, but in this one, we did some such epic stunts that they
00:32 actually, we were making dreams come true for those guys.
00:36 And that was incredibly exciting.
00:38 I mean, you know, a world record and a cannon roll, first and foremost, like, those are
00:43 hard to do.
00:44 That's why they're called world records.
00:46 And then the jump over the crevasse, and then the high fall was Troy Brown's personal best.
00:53 And it just was so exciting to be able to be adding to their, you know, their careers.
00:59 And there was a lot of joy in that.
01:00 I think a lot of it is influenced from my experiences.
01:04 I mean, not directly.
01:05 I mean, there's crazy things that happen, but Hollywood truth is stranger than fiction.
01:10 And so having a wealth of knowledge in the stunt world was really fun to bring to the
01:16 big screen and like to sort of shine a light on those, you know, underdog heroes.
01:21 And it was great to direct from such a wealth of experience.
01:25 Like I don't normally get to do that.
01:27 I thought it was really exciting.
