00:00I recently met actress Bianca King in Australia where she lives now.

00:09She told me some of the challenges she faced while building her family there.

00:14Here's what I talked to her about.

00:18Bianca King accidentally called her settling down in Australia.

00:23She was able to reach the lockdown during the pandemic in the land down under.

00:26She got married and had a child there.

00:29Although she was happy with her family, she also faced many challenges during the past 100 years.

00:35Motherhood and the early days of post-partum, it's so isolating already.

00:40And then you put a woman in a foreign country with no family, no close friends nearby.

00:49It was very tough for me.

00:51In Sydney, they first lived with Mr. Ralph Wento.

00:55But when their firstborn, Sadie, arrived and took care of their grandchild, they were forced to move.

01:02I came out of the darkness and now I'm trying to live my life again with a baby.

01:09I just have to remain grateful that this is the kind of life that she was born into.

01:14This is the kind of air she inhales every single day.

01:21Bianca is a hands-on mom.

01:22But if she has time, she will take care of some hobbies like pilates and pottery making.

01:28There comes a point that you have to strike a balance.

01:31Like, mama has to fill her cup.

01:32You can't just focus on your family, right?

01:34It's like you're letting go of your interests.

01:38Bianca misses a lot of things, especially in the Philippines.

01:42And in her life back then in Shubis, her life now.

01:46What do you miss about the Philippines?

01:48Of course, my friends.

01:50My work.

01:50I miss just being able to get into the car and drive to a beach.

01:54You can do it here, but the water is so cold.

01:58I miss tropical waters.
