00:00Rich, very impressive start to the Interpros and good to see a City of Derry man getting

00:05on the score sheet a couple of times.

00:07Yeah, I think Killing it the first try of the game and that's where it set the tone

00:10to be honest for the rest of the first half. We were very, very dominant and as a contest

00:14it was more or less over after 40 minutes but we played some really smart rugby but

00:19some good rugby as well and showed the quality that we have available to us.

00:22I think it was six Ballyclare boys starting which obviously reflects the season they have

00:28but how important is it to get that sort of base, players that know each other to start

00:32with?

00:33Those different combinations are crucial obviously and as you say Ballyclare have had an unbelievable

00:38season and they deserve to have a big representation in the squad but there's a good mix of clubs

00:43represented which shows the quality in this league so it was nice to get a first head

00:47out. It's been a long time, we've been training now for a few months but we've all been looking

00:50forward to it today so it was a real good one and the Wellers stayed kind to us as well.

00:54Some big performances, I thought Oort, Fullback, things like that, it bodes well going forward?

01:00Yeah, it's a really talented group of players. As you'd expect from being involved against

01:04some of these players throughout the season but they're a really talented bunch and I

01:07felt an attack. We probably didn't get to show as much as we'd have liked in the second

01:11half, it was a bit of a scrappy second half but yeah, some unbelievable players and I

01:16think over the next few weeks hopefully we'll click even more.

01:20Munster up next, that's going to be a test.

01:21Yeah, it's always a big test at club level or representative level to go down there so

01:26it's a big, big test. I would imagine they will be better than Connacht. Typical Munster

01:32sort of a side but we have to have confidence and we can build on as well.

01:36I mean just off the pitch it's turned into a hell of a day, big crowd here, nice to see

01:41this sort of occasion at City of Derry.

01:43It's a pity we couldn't have crowds like this throughout the season.

01:46But yeah, it was a brilliant day, the Wellers stayed kind to us as I said and the club have

01:50really gone all out and I owe credit to them.
