Reba McEntire to host the 2024 ACM Awards. McEntire is an ACM awards veteran, having won 16 awards herself and holding the record for the most nominations in the 'Female Artist of the Year' category. This will be the country icon's 17th time hosting the award show. McEntire is also set to perform at the ceremony, which will take place on May 16. The Moody Blues founding member, keyboard player Mike Pinder, dies at 82. Pinder passed away on Wednesday according to a statement made by family, saying 'His final days were filled with music, encircled by the love of his family. Michael lived his life with a childlike wonder, walking a deeply introspective path which fused the mind and the heart.' Pinder was the last surviving original band member.
