LeBron James’ Mom Gloria Has Sweet Q-and-A With I Promise Students

00:06 I Promise School posted and it was one about LeBron James' mom Gloria.

00:11 Now she does all sorts of activities with the LeBron James Family Foundation and also

00:15 the I Promise School.

00:17 She went into the school to have a conversation with some of the girls in class and she let

00:21 them do a Q&A and one of the girls asked her, "How did you persevere when you were giving

00:26 birth to Mr. LeBron at 16 years old?" and Gloria teared up and she said it was because

00:31 she had faith in God.

00:33 And then she also said, "You know, I knew that I was going to be raising a good person."

00:37 And then another question was asked of her, "Hey, we know so much about LeBron James,

00:42 your son, but what do we need to know about you?"

00:44 And Gloria said very cutely, she said, "You know what?

00:47 I'm a simple down to earth person."

00:49 And she's like, "If you ever need a hug, you ever need an ear for somebody to listen

00:52 to you or anything, you come to me." and then all the kids hugged her.

00:56 It was really cute.

00:57 So not only does LeBron James appreciate his mom, the school does as well.

01:03 And LeBron James has said if not for his mom, there would be no I Promise School.
