00:00 I'm Jill Painter Lopez for Sports Illustrated and I'm here today on this
00:05 Friday to tell you about a couple of things on my to-do list this weekend
00:08 courtesy of LeBron James. He posted a couple of things on his Instagram stories
00:12 that I'm adding to do this weekend. One of them is a workout. He posted his
00:17 workout complete with push-ups. Everything was in three sets of ten
00:21 including a kneeling cable reverse fly. Well I don't even know what that is but
00:25 I am gonna watch YouTube and find out and say I can get through a LeBron James
00:28 workout. But pretty cool he posted about what he was doing for his workout that
00:32 day. He said on a conference call with reporters last week that he is working
00:36 out four to five times a week so I'm gonna try it out. Also gonna try out his
00:40 granola recipe. Adding that to my recipe box. Now his personal chef Dina Marino
00:46 posted about the granola that she makes for his family the James gang and she
00:50 said they love it. It's got coconut flakes, cashews, some egg whites and if
00:55 they love it I'm gonna love it. So LeBron thank you for posting some things for us
00:59 to do this weekend. I'm gonna get started on that and I'm gonna report back. Have a
