00:00I'm Jill Painter Lopez for Sports Illustrated, and today I did a workout with Gunner Peterson,
00:06the celebrity trainer and strength and endurance coach for the Lakers.
00:10Well, it wasn't just me, it was on an Instagram live on the Lakers account, and it was for
00:14Laker fans.
00:15There were a couple of thousand in there at any one point, and Gunner appeared to be in
00:19his backyard of his Beverly Hills home, and he did about an 18-minute workout, and what
00:24he did was showed us all seven moves.
00:26He called it, remember it, seven moves for a seven-game series.
00:29Now, one of the moves I liked was the Superman, as he called it, where you put your arms up,
00:35you're face down on your stomach, arms up, legs up in the back, come up, come down.
00:41That really works the back and the core muscles, so that was an interesting one, and he said
00:46while he was doing it, he said, I should get Dwight to do some of these.
00:49Now, we've seen him on Zoom meetings with some of the Laker players, like Alex Caruso
00:55and others, trying to help them with that strength and endurance training while they
00:59are working out at home, and of course, we know Gunner Peterson, he is a celebrity trainer.
01:05We've seen the work that he has promoted with Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and many
01:10other actors, so I'm going to get back on there trying those seven moves and see how
01:15in shape I can get to.
01:18He also put that, if you missed it, on Gunner Fitness on his Instagram.
01:22You can find it there.
