00:15 What does he bring to the table?
00:17 One thing he definitely brings to the table is experience.
00:20 He's played alongside LeBron James from 2015 to 2018.
00:24 They won a championship together in 2016.
00:27 Obviously with a shortened season there's only going to be eight games before the playoffs
00:30 start so there's not a lot of time to integrate somebody new into the lineup.
00:34 So J.R. Smith has played alongside LeBron.
00:37 He has a lot of playoff experience and he's somebody who will be able to contribute right
00:41 away.
00:42 The biggest question mark around him obviously is he hasn't played since November of 2018
00:46 when he mutually parted ways with the Cavaliers raising some concerns around his conditioning,
00:52 around his sharpness.
00:54 But obviously he's a good spot up shooter.
00:57 He's somebody who can help space out the floor for LeBron James and for Anthony Davis.

01:05 Obviously they had an open roster spot after Avery Bradley opted out of the season because
