00:00 I'm Melissa Roland with Sports Illustrated and we're here with Jill Painter-Lopez.
00:08 Now the 10-year NCAA ban against Reggie Bush has finally been lifted.
00:13 Jared Dudley weighed in on that.
00:14 What did he have to say?
00:15 Well, Melissa, Jared Dudley is from San Diego, just like Reggie Bush.
00:19 So he did a couple of tweets, one of them just the hashtag 619, which of course is the
00:23 San Diego area code.
00:25 And the other one he was saying was, it's about time.
00:28 Why don't you also give him his Heisman back?
00:30 Well, as we know, Reggie Bush was tagged in USC with NCAA violations for him receiving
00:35 cash and what they deemed improper benefits.
00:39 So they had to vacate their national championship in 2004.
00:43 He had to give his Heisman trophy back and he was banned from any football activities
00:47 or being on campus for 10 years by the NCAA.
00:50 Well, today that was lifted.
00:52 USC football retweeted a video of all his career highlights and said, welcome home,
00:58 Reggie Bush.
00:59 So certainly a big day for a lot of USC fans and Jared Dudley was happy about it as well.
