00:17 I'm curious just sort of what your body's thinking now with the season about to
00:21 restart where you were now versus then just kind of how that process was for you.
00:25 >> It was like a restart.
00:28 It's like I'm restarting the engine.
00:31 You're right, my body was wondering what was going on cuz that was right there
00:35 where my body started to get into fifth and sixth and
00:37 seventh gear, gear into the playoffs.
00:40 And then it was just complete shutdown.
00:41 So I'm kind of just getting my body back up and
00:46 the three preseason games helped while playing two of them.
00:49 I was able to train yesterday before the game.
00:51 And then these eight regular season games that we have here will also help on
00:55 get my body where I need to get it to going into the playoffs.
00:58 So I'll be very smart listening to my body.
01:01 Our coaching staff and our training staff have always been smart and
01:05 wanna have open dialogue with me as well.
01:07 So I'll pay attention to that.
01:09 Understanding that it's still a marathon with these next eight games and
01:13 then we get to the sprint once the playoffs start.
01:15 So I just have to be very real with myself, be very real with our coaching staff and
01:21 be real with the training staff if I have anything that's going on from
01:24 a physical standpoint.
01:25 But I've done a good job of trying to just keep myself in the best possible
01:31 shape during the quarantine at home.
01:33 And just to prevent anything, if anything was to happen,
01:39 I'm down here in Orlando.
