00:00 Just to start off, like, why are you launching the Curry brand right now?
00:03 Like, why make this move at this moment?
00:06 I know there's a lot going on in our world and our society,
00:10 in the sports world and elsewhere,
00:12 but this is something we've been thinking about for a very long time,
00:17 trying to put the pieces together to understand where we,
00:20 as a brand, can make the most impact.
00:23 And, you know, I think where we have the most resources
00:28 and the most access to be able to impact kids,
00:31 create safe spaces to play, support programming,
00:34 support coaches and leaders that are impacting our kids.
00:40 You know, COVID's taken a lot of that opportunity away,
00:42 and it's highlighted some of the, you know, disparities,
00:46 especially around different parts of the country.
00:48 We're starting here in Oakland with it,
00:50 and hopefully it can branch out, you know, over time.
00:53 But we're doing what we know best in terms of how play and sports,
00:58 you know, can teach us so much about ourselves
01:00 and give kids something to look forward to.
01:03 And I think we, again, we play our role.
01:08 I think that's the biggest thing right now
01:10 is how we want to live out our purpose with our brand.
