00:06 >> Mr. Kerr, what do you think of the gag order?
00:10 >> Well, I think the gag order is totally unconstitutional.
00:15 Can't even allow articles to be put in.
00:18 As an example, these are articles that were over the last day and a half.
00:23 They're very good articles.
00:24 Actually, the case is a sham.
00:26 It shouldn't have been tried.
00:27 It shouldn't have been submitted.
00:29 And I don't even know if you're allowed to put them in.
00:32 We have a gag order, which to me is totally unconstitutional.
00:37 I'm not allowed to talk, but people are allowed to talk about me.
00:40 So they can talk about me, they can say whatever they want, they can lie.
00:44 But I'm not allowed to say anything.
00:46 I just have to sit back and
00:47 look at why a conflicted judge has ordered me to have a gag order.
00:53 I don't think anybody's ever said anything like this.
00:55 I'd love to talk to you people.
00:57 I'd love to say everything that's on my mind.
01:00 But I'm restricted because I have a gag order.
01:03 And I'm not sure that anybody's ever seen anything like this before.
01:07 And even having to do with articles, somebody writes an article.
01:10 If I read every one of these articles, incomplete, I read some of it and
01:15 I'll look at headlines, all good headlines, and the case is a sham.
01:21 But I can't read the whole thing.
01:23 I'd be reading, this is like reading a novel.
01:26 So I put an article in and
01:28 then somebody's name is mentioned somewhere deep in the article and
01:32 I end up in violation of a gag order.
01:35 I think it's a disgrace, it's totally unconstitutional.
01:39 I don't believe it's never, not to this extent, ever happened before.
01:43 I'm not allowed to defend myself and
01:45 yet other people are allowed to say whatever they want about me.
01:49 Very, very unfair.
01:50 Having to do with the schools and the closings, that's Biden's fault.
01:55 And by the way, this trial is all Biden.
01:58 This is all Biden, just in case anybody has any question.
02:01 And they're keeping me in a courtroom, that's freezing by the way,
02:06 in a courtroom all day long.
02:09 Well, he's out campaigning.
02:11 That's probably an advantage because he can't campaign.
02:14 Nobody knows what he's doing.
02:16 You can't put two sentences together.
02:18 But he's out campaigning.
02:20 He's out campaigning and I'm here in a courtroom sitting here giving
02:25 a, sitting up as straight as I can all day long because you know what?
02:30 It's a very unfair situation.
02:32 So we're locked up in a courtroom and this guy's out there campaigning.
02:36 If you call it a campaign, every time he opens his mouth he gets himself into
02:39 trouble.
02:41 So that's the story, having unconstitutional gag order by a highly
02:46 conflicted judge that should recuse himself.
02:49 Very simple.
02:50 Well, the schools should have never happened.
02:53 What's going on in this country now should have never happened.
02:56 But of course, the Ukraine war would have never happened.
02:59 The Israeli attack would have never happened.
03:02 Inflation would have never happened.
03:05 We have the worst president in the history of our country and
03:07 he's the one that has us in all these different lawsuits.
03:11 Thank you very much.
