Wigan Athletic boss Shaun Maloney says it is his job to "find a way to win" against teams with different styles of play next season, no matter what the conditions or type of team Latics come up against.

00:00 I think that's really sort of like the last two or three weeks, looking back at parts of the season,
00:05 there's definitely obviously a trend that there's certain away games and types of games that we've
00:10 struggled. Probably the more physical games, the ones where more set plays, more sort of like
00:18 aerial duels or longer passes to deal with, we found harder when the pitches have been
00:24 maybe more difficult to play on. Our own pitches obviously have been quite difficult to play on at
00:29 times as well recently. So yeah, there's a trend, but that's my job. I need to make sure next year
00:35 we find different ways to win. Like the game against Lincoln, the times against Charlton,
00:40 they're very, very different games to some of the matches we've had away from home. But it's my job
00:47 to find a way to win in all types of conditions, whether players are injured or not, what other
00:54 teams give us. So that's my job, I have to find a solution to that next year.
