00:00 sort of talked about so if you've got any ideas or thoughts that you want to
00:03 put on that say the town or Paula. Paula is here somewhere. Paula works for the NHS so the
00:13 PCN. So that's the doctor of surgery so that covers all so they get a lot of I won't say
00:22 problems of older people but I should get myself into trouble but yeah so I'm going to hand
00:29 over in a minute to Tamlyn she'll just explain a bit more. So again thank you for coming it was a
00:36 free breakfast but if you want to donate to FCA there is a bucket there especially for those that
00:42 didn't vote until this morning. Roger. Right so it was difficult with numbers and that so
00:52 but thank you for coming and I'll hand over to Tamlyn. So I'm Tamlyn my role is I work with a
01:00 charity called Evolve and we are the charity who work across Denham in various guises and my role
01:07 is to look at where we have gaps or needs across the communities. So one of the areas I've looked
01:14 at quite carefully coming from a farming family is I guess the stresses and the strains and the
01:21 issues facing farms and how it's affecting particularly the older generations. We're
01:28 losing a lot of the places and environments that we can socialise, we're losing markets,
01:33 we're losing village pubs, we're losing farm sales. You know my dad would always have gone
01:40 to the farm sale and had a coffee just gossiped and chatted so it's those sort of environments
01:45 we're losing and as we all know being out and being part of the community and seeing people
01:50 just chatting is really good for us. So what we're hoping to do is find some ways to move
01:57 forward to make some more regular events. I don't know what those will be I'm going to ask everyone
02:03 here what you'd like. I mean I think somebody mentioned a tour of the milk factory you know
02:09 maybe some good orchards. Looking at things that we want to do together it might just be coffee and
02:15 cake at the garden centre because the cake's really nice at the garden centre, really nice.
02:21 If anybody wants coffee and cake at the garden centre 100% behind it. But I'm going to come
02:26 around and get out some cards. Please email me, phone me, just let me know what you'd like and
02:32 what you'd like to be a part of. Any questions? Ah, right.
