00:50 Because maybe there are things that you don't notice yourself.
00:55 But there's a fine line between constructive criticism and just plain night watch.
00:59 If you're going to troll the person or whatever.
01:01 So, you have to know the difference too.
01:02 Which is why it's important you have people around you who also tell you these things.
01:06 And will show you like a mirror of, "Hey, that's not okay."
01:11 Or, "You can work on this better."
01:13 So, having that heart of wanting to learn and eager to grow is, I think, very important.
01:18 So, you shouldn't settle for what they have.
01:21 Because you always want to look for more growth and look for more things that you haven't done before.
