00:12 I've had some really meaningful learning opportunities,
00:15 but in my career, nothing has compared
00:18 to the experience of Havas NextGen.

00:23 for a comprehensive leadership development experience.
00:26 Over the three seminars,
00:28 you have the time away from business
00:30 to explore your own personal development,
00:32 learn new tools to improve your team and client dynamics,
00:37 and learn to lead more confidently
00:39 in a constantly evolving industry.
00:41 Being nominated by my leaders
00:43 was a huge recognition in itself.
00:45 And while I was a bit nervous,
00:48 I was determined to make the most out of it
00:50 and represent my agency well.
00:52 Bonding with my class of 60 leaders
00:54 from around the Havas network
00:56 has been really inspiring and eye-opening.
00:58 We all come from different countries,
01:00 cultures, and backgrounds,
01:02 but we experience many of the same challenges.
01:04 It's been so useful to connect and share
01:07 how we approach topics like team dynamics,
01:10 collaboration, inclusion, work-life balance,
01:13 and even eventually our own vulnerability as a leader.
01:16 You know, we are constantly learning from each other,
01:18 and I know I can always lean on my Super 60 class
01:21 for support along the way.
01:23 Because of the NextGen experience,
01:24 I've had a renewed sense of professional confidence.
01:27 I now see leadership as a lifetime journey
01:29 of continuous learning and improvement.
01:32 More importantly, it has had a profound impact
01:34 on how I incorporate learning into my own team.
01:37 Whether it's a global experience like NextGen
01:40 or local agency trainings on different skills
01:42 or online courses through Havas University,
01:45 we are fortunate in that Havas has a range
01:48 of learning offerings for our employees in our villages,
01:51 are always buzzing with new opportunities to explore.
