00:05 When it comes to blocky off-road SUVs,
00:07 well, we can't have Ford, Chevy, and Jeep have all the fun.
00:10 Toyota introduced the beloved 4Runner in the '80s,
00:13 and today we are set to see the all-new sixth generation.
00:16 Meet the 2025 Toyota 4Runner, and here
00:19 are five cool things about it.
00:22 First is this roll-down rear window.
00:24 This is a 4Runner's signature feature,
00:27 and I am so happy to see that it's sticking around.
00:30 The second thing about the new 4Runner is the screen.
00:32 Your first standard screen is 8 inches,
00:34 but your optional screen is this 14-inch
00:36 that you'll recall from the Tacoma and the Tundra.
00:38 So you get to see all your stuff, but big.
00:41 The third thing about the 4Runner
00:43 is this little compartment here that is
00:45 hidden when the door is closed.
00:46 And when it's open, it reveals a little line of Morse code
00:49 that reads, "Accessory Ready," and it pops out
00:52 for a little extra storage space.
00:55 Our fourth item is the 4Runner has finally gone hybrid.
00:59 Yeah, that's right.
01:00 So there's two engine options, and the optional one
01:03 is the i-Force Maxx Hybrid, which
01:05 makes 326 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque.
01:10 The fifth thing is a new trim.
01:12 This is the 4Runner Trailhunter, the first ever.
01:15 This is the one for overlanding.
01:17 With this trim, you get 2.5-inch Ford shocks, rock rails,
01:21 and steel skid plates for all of the yoke.
01:23 And you get a new set of steel skid plates
01:25 for all of the good old off-roading that you'll do.
01:28 There you have it, friends, five cool things
01:31 about the 2025 Toyota 4Runner.
01:33 Now, we haven't driven this yet, but based on everything
01:37 I've seen today, I think this thing's going
01:39 to be a huge hit with the fans.
