00:00 If as a trans person I get to become a member of the parliament, then my focus will be on

00:11 It's the right of every person of this country to get education and as a trans person one
00:16 should not be denied the entry into schools, colleges or universities.
00:21 So I think my priority would be to ensure that the policies that are in place to ensure
00:25 that everyone gets an education, that every trans person, child, youth, adolescent gets
00:32 an education in schools and colleges.
00:35 The second important thing is health.
00:38 We all need health care systems at some point or the other.
00:43 But unfortunately, due to marginalization and discrimination, people of our trans community
00:49 are not able to reach these health care facilities.
