00:00 What we did in Pag-Gasinan is that I think we're the only ones building solar plants on hillsides and mountain tops, right?

00:10 Because there's nothing there, right?

00:12 In fact, we're saying it's the first farmer-friendly solar facilities because we did not convert anything, right?

00:20 It's not of use. It's a forest land.

00:26 If we can actually find areas like that again, it's not easy.

00:31 But if we can have the opportunity to develop such areas, we will continue.

00:36 But the challenge really is that land availability and resource availability to achieve the 3,700 megawatts.

00:43 But we are well on our way.

00:45 We have land bank about close to 800 hectares of land that will be around 767, 917 megawatts of equivalent solar capacity.

00:56 And we are looking at some wind resource areas, particularly in Camarines soil.
