Marine safety authority delays Sam McLennan's plan to sail a raft built of rubbish from Hobart to Sydney

It's a journey, that's been, two years in the making. A dream to sail across bass strait, aboard a homemade raft. Built out of recycled marine debris. It's to raise awareness, about the need for action on ocean pollution. But Sam Mclennan's plan has been temporarily halted after it was deemed unsafe by Tasmania's Marine Safety Authority.
