A new Gallup poll finds that 29% of Americans don’t think either Biden or Trump would make a good president, the highest proportion since Gallup began asking that question about the major party nominees in 2004. Veuer’s Matt Hoffman has the details.

00:00 A record number of Americans aren't happy with either major candidate in the presidential race.
00:04 That's the conclusion of a new Gallup poll which found that 29% of respondents say neither Biden nor Trump would be a good president.
00:11 That's the highest percentage since Gallup began asking that question about the major candidates in 2004,
00:16 though for some reason the measure was not taken in 2016.
00:20 In 2020, only 25% said neither candidate would do a good job.
00:24 But at that time, slightly more people said that only Biden would, while now that advantage is held by Trump.
00:29 This could indicate that third-party candidates like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will play an outsized role in the race.
00:35 Almost half of those who dislike Biden and Trump say they plan to vote third-party.
