First album by British with roots in Liverpool religious acid folk-gospel band Parchment. Parchment were active from 1972 to 1978 and released three more albums in the vein of Xian music. Excellent vocal harmonies with nicely mingled acoustic instrumentation. The group created their own sound combining instruments of traditional British Isles folk music with more modern rock elements.
Sue McClellan - vocals, guitar, mandolin, slide guitar.
John Pac - vocals, guitar, mandolin, dulcimer, sitar.
Keith Rycroft - vocals, guitar, dobro.
Light up the fire.
Till the morning comes.
Roundabout.
Where can I find you?
Love is coming again.
Ship out on the ocean.
Zip bam boo!
True summer.
Do you love me?
Son of God.
Better than yesterday.
Pack up your sorrows.
