00:00 They strip it all back, they're all just human beings.
00:03 No, I haven't spoken to Richie, but I think Richie has really benefited from the support
00:11 that does exist, not just for him, but for others in the community.
00:15 And I think because he has benefited so directly, I think he's taken on the responsibility of
00:21 trying to share that around now.
00:23 And it always makes more of an impact when it is somebody who's higher profile or in
00:28 a position where we think, well, they shouldn't really have any problems or we see it as a
00:33 sign of weakness when they're looking for help and support.
00:36 And it's a credit to him that he could have dealt with this privately, obviously.
00:42 But I think the public aspect of it is a brave decision for him, but more importantly, it's
00:49 a great sort of, hopefully, a conduit for others to reach out and seek help when it's
00:56 required.
00:57 As I said, there's always a balance to these things.
01:00 And whether that's Richie or anyone else, is that you always understand that for all
01:05 of us, we've got challenges in our lives, we've all got problems, and there's help you
01:09 can get out there.
01:10 And it shouldn't be, hopefully, get to the point where it's so overwhelming that it takes
01:15 over everything else you do.
01:16 And I say credit to Richie.
01:20 He's sought help, he's got help, the right help.
01:24 And now he wants others to also benefit from it.
