Summary: Dandelion, Scarecrow and Lumber, three underachieving scientists, create "Dorothy," a robot designed to stop dangerous tornadoes. However, Rachel appears and transforms Dorothy into a robot that creates tornadoes instead. Joe and the others try to stop Dorothy, but end up getting caught in the tornado...
