00:00 Aubrey O'Day is speaking out amid the investigation of Sean "Diddy" Combs.
00:04 The former member of Danity Kane, a girl group formed by Combs on making the band in 2005,
00:10 has weighed in after federal agents raided Combs' homes as part of an ongoing investigation.
00:16 Writing on her Instagram story March 26th, Per People, "What you sow, you shall reap.
00:21 I pray this emboldens all of us victims to finally speak on what we have endured.
00:25 There is no 'too soon' on this one.
00:28 Just 'too late.'"
00:29 Aubrey was a member of Danity Kane, which also included original members Andrea Fimbres,
00:34 Dee Woods, Shannon Becks, and Dawn Richard, before apparently falling out with Combs,
00:39 during which she kicked her out of the group.
00:41 The 40-year-old also expressed her willingness to testify in a potential trial in another
00:46 slide on her Instagram story, adding, "All of us, as in me too, are emboldened to come
00:51 forward and speak on what we have endured."
00:53 E! News has reached out to Combs' team for comment, but has not yet heard back.
00:57 On March 25th, Homeland Security's New York branch executed law enforcement actions as
01:02 part of an ongoing investigation on Combs' properties in Los Angeles and Miami, a spokesperson
01:08 for the department confirmed to E! News.
01:10 A source familiar with the investigation confirmed to NBC News that the raid may be tied to a
01:15 federal investigation against Combs involving accusations of sex trafficking and sexual
01:20 assault, as well as the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms, which arose
01:26 after the 54-year-old was hit with three sexual assault lawsuits in November.
01:30 The insider also shared that federal investigators have already interviewed three women and a
01:35 man related to the case.
01:37 For his part, Combs has spoken out about the investigation through his lawyer, Aaron Dyer,
01:42 who said in a March 26th statement to E! News, "There was a gross overuse of military-level
01:47 force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs' residences.
01:51 There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities
01:56 or the way his children and employees were treated."
01:58 The investigation is ongoing.
