00:19 It's exciting, it's a big relief, it's been quite a day. Once we get people in and see what we're about, we'll get them some finer drinks, let them know what we can put better into their heap and then go from there.

00:53 While there on Wednesday we asked the co-owners also why decide to open a rum bar in Edinburgh?
01:01 I mean the easiest answer is there isn't one. We have been involved in the rum industry for a while doing rum tastings, rum events, rum training.
01:10 We've noticed this growing trend of popularity with rum, especially premium and good quality rum.
01:15 We're seeing more and more folks are realising that there's more to the world of rum than the rums you can get in the supermarket shelves.
01:23 So we wanted to give people the chance to experience some of the incredible rums from around the world.
01:29 It seems like now is the right time, or actually about a year ago was the right time that we tried to open but it's taken until now to get to this point.
01:38 We're super passionate about rum and we believe that we can give people a really great experience with rum in Edinburgh because of it.
01:44 Rum Up will open its doors to the public this Friday March 29th at 4pm at 39-41 Broughton Street.
