00:00 The PM's team of MPs, Remista Taylor,

00:05 threatened the party's leader

00:07 and claimed that all 15 MPs were not brought to the table

00:11 to express their support for the PM's manager, Sankar Asam,

00:15 who is on the front line of the opposition to resign.

00:18 In Rabu, the PM's leader, Zaidi Jatil, said

00:23 the party fully supports Sankar,

00:25 but that matter has never been discussed with the 15 MPs.

00:29 Remista's statement.

00:31 Last week, 15 of the 26 heads of state

00:35 demanded that Sankar resign

00:38 after claiming that he was not proactive

00:40 and did not run a leadership training programme

00:43 or election since he became head of the PKR Sabah in August 2022.

00:48 Sankar rejected the demand and stated that

00:51 criticism of his leadership has undermined plans

00:54 for the next state election.

00:57 Remista also warned that

00:59 being biased in power struggle

01:02 could cause a split in the party

01:04 and said that PM Anwar Ibrahim,

01:07 who is also the President of the PKR,

01:09 is the most suitable person to solve the issue.
