00:00 We just signed with them, they formed a consortium to improve our airport, which has been judged
00:08 as being one of the worst airports for many years.
00:12 So we're about to change that, that's part of the physical connectivity we talked about.
00:17 But also, because of tourism, the contribution of tourism to the economy is a significant
00:24 number.
00:26 So we are hoping to continue that.
00:28 So that is precisely one of the best examples that we have of a partnership between government
00:38 and the private sector.
00:41 And this is one of the, I believe, despite being the largest PPP that we have ever entered
00:48 into, it is, it was, we were able to process the entire, we were able to go through the
00:56 entire process in record time.
00:59 And that's what we try to keep hoping for, to make sure that the roadblocks that are
01:04 unnecessary that really have been part of the evolution.
01:11 One of the things that really happened here was that many things were instituted during
01:15 the pandemic that no longer apply.
01:18 And we have to remove those again and redesign, as it were, the economy.
01:25 And so one of those areas is PPP.
01:29 And thus far, I believe we have been successful in attracting that kind of arrangement.
01:39 However, we do not limit ourselves to that.
01:44 We are, we look to G2G arrangements.
01:48 We look to purely commercial joint venture arrangements between private corporations.
01:56 And so that is our way of opening, as I said, the economy.
