Throughout my childhood and dating back many generations in my family, James Bond a.k.a. 007 has been an incredible influence when my family debates on what a real hero actually is and what is it about a movie hero that thrills us. He takes on insurmountable danger at every turn but he's also human meaning he is vulnerable and therefore has always been able to connect with audiences young and old for so many decades.
I remember the very first Bond movie I ever saw was "The Spy Who Loved Me" when I was very young and I was hooked from then on.
