Manny Pacquiao Vs Joshua Clottey. March 13th, 2010 ARLINGTON, Texas. 50,000 at Cowboys Stadium and millions around the world watched Clottey play the role of heavy bag as Manny Pacquiao rolled to a near shutout victory. Pacquaio (51-3-2, 38 KOs) retained his WBO welterweight title in what had to be one of the most boring fights of his career via unanimous decision 120-108, 119-109 and 119-109.

Clottey (35-3, 21 KOs) is a defensive fighter who likes to counterpunch. But he was simply too passive throughout and was overwhelmed by Pacquiao's volume. Pacman threw 1231 punches while Clottey attempted just under 400. The crowd was silent for much of the middle of the fight. The 50,994 did get fired up in the final two rounds as Pacquiao pushed for a finish down the stretch.
