Sea urchin roe factories turn marine menace into international opportunity

Once seen as a marine menace, sea urchins are now offering international opportunities for some local businesses. Two factories on the far south coast last year became the first in the state to export sea urchin roe after months of trial and error one has now doubled its exports and that's largely thanks to a team of international staff.
