Huge fire at Egypt’s historic Al-Ahram film studio

One of Egypt’s oldest film studios caught fire while filming a Ramadan program. The Giza Governorate released a statement saying it dispatched several fire engines to the scene.

The culture ministry said the fire started in decorations of a "traditional area" where a Ramadan piece was being filmed. An investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
