FEU downs Ateneo

The FEU Lady Tamaraws banked on their defensive effort to defeat the Ateneo Blue Eagles, 25-22, 22-25, 25-13, 25-21, in the UAAP Season 86 women's volleyball tournament at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Sunday, March 17.

FEU logged a season-best 15 blocks as the Lady Tamaraws took their second straight win to rise to fourth place with a 4-3 slate after the first round.

Ateneo dropped to fifth spot with a 2-5 record.
