Home buyers may no longer need to pay for building inspections, under proposal before SA parliament

House hunters would no longer need to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on building inspections for properties they're hoping to purchase under a proposal from the SA Greens. Instead, sellers would need to have a building inspection completed for their property before it can go up for sale.
