00:00 Congratulations, the newest film.
00:02 I feel like this one's the scariest one yet, maybe.
00:05 So how do you think this film stacks up against Afterlife
00:08 or the other Ghostbusters?
00:10 Yeah, well, I think we definitely
00:10 laid into more of the horror element of Ghostbusters
00:13 in this one.
00:14 And we opened up a lot of new opportunities
00:16 for, like, ghosts and gadgets and all that fun stuff.
00:19 So I'm really excited for everybody to see it.
00:21 Of course.
00:22 And what was it like working more closely
00:24 with Bill, Dan, and Ernie in this one,
00:25 especially since they have a more prominent role compared
00:28 to Afterlife?
00:30 Well, I think their integrated roles in this film
00:32 were a lot larger.
00:33 And I'm very glad.
00:34 Like, as you'll see, Ernie Hudson,
00:36 he plays Winston Zeddemore.
00:37 He has a way huge role in this film,
00:40 where he's financially covering for the Ghostbusters
00:43 and all that stuff.
00:44 And just going in a set and watching
00:46 Bill work and just crack jokes one after another
00:48 is just amazing.
00:50 Absolutely.
00:50 And since this is Ghostbusters, I have to ask,
00:53 what is your scariest ghost story, if you have any?
00:56 Yes.
00:57 I was sleeping one night, and I woke up.
00:59 And I went to my bathroom, because my curtains were just
01:02 rustling.
01:03 And I was like, OK, it might be the wind,
01:05 but there's no wind in my house.
01:06 And I have no idea what it was.
01:08 There was nothing there.
01:09 I went to my brother's room to see if he
01:10 was picking on me or something.
01:12 He was in bed.
01:12 So I went downstairs, and I slept on the couch.
01:14 It was freaking me out.
01:15 Do you still think about it to this day?
01:17 A little bit.
01:18 We moved out of that house, like, right after that.
01:20 So I was like, what, maybe it's still there or something.
01:22 I don't know.
01:23 Wait, that's crazy.
01:25 And then finally, I wanted to ask,
01:27 what are your thoughts or hopes for the franchise moving
01:30 forward?
01:31 Well, we opened a lot of new opportunities,
01:34 I think, for both location and gadgetry or whatever.
01:38 So I would love to see us in a new location.
01:40 Like, it could be something cool out of country, maybe.
01:43 If you had to pick a country or a new location,
01:46 where would it be?
01:47 I think Japan would be really cool.
01:48 Yeah, it would be really cool.
01:50 Ghostbusters in Japan.
01:52 Listen, you heard it here first.
01:53 Let's make it happen.
01:54 Take it out of her.
