Nothing is more unpredictable than the life of someone who likes to experiment with stunts at the gym. In less than a second, all their passion could transform into regret.

Watch as Mikael tries out a handstand, but instead of doing it like mostly everybody else, he comes up with a unique idea.

He places a barbell vertically on the floor and then incorporates it into his wild handstand by balancing his entire weight on it.

The crazy stunt goes well for a few seconds until the barbell gets knocked over, resulting in Mikael falling on his head. Thankfully, he manages to avoid getting seriously hurt.
