00:19 And now I'm gonna try and survive 100 days as Naruto in Minecraft.

02:26 Okay, so let's start by grabbing some wood
02:27 before we go down to the cave.
02:29 Okay, we've got 14 logs, which will definitely be enough
02:31 to get started.
02:32 So let's jump down to the cave,
02:33 and let's find a spot to build our base.
02:34 Okay, so right off the bat, I see this waterfall,
02:36 and this screams that I could put a hidden base back here.
02:38 Oh my God, look at this.
02:39 It's already carved out.
02:40 This is literally perfect.
02:42 Okay, let's make our way super deep down this way,
02:44 and make a crafting table.
02:45 Now make a wooden pickaxe, and grab three stone.
02:48 Now make a stone pickaxe, and let's start digging
02:50 out the base.
02:50 Okay, I started digging this out.
02:52 This place is full of water.
02:53 I'm not gonna be able to build a base here.
02:54 So instead, let's just build a base in this pillar.
02:56 And now instead, this will be my home.
02:58 On days two through six, I finished up the Naruto base.
03:00 And actually I'm very happy with how it turned out.
03:03 It may not look amazing, but trust me,
03:05 it is definitely super hidden.
03:06 Okay, so welcome to the baby Naruto base.
03:09 This is a base I built that only baby Naruto can get into.
03:11 So the entrance is in this ladder,
03:13 but to actually get to this ladder,
03:14 you have to be one block tall and go
03:16 through this tiny little tunnel.
03:17 So getting to be is super difficult.
03:19 But now that we're here, we have all the basic survival
03:21 essentials we need, like our furnaces, our chests,
03:23 and our bed, and the bed being the most important,
03:25 'cause that'll literally cut down the time
03:26 to day 100 in half.
03:28 But anyway, now that we have the base done,
03:29 it's time to actually work on some Naruto upgrades,
03:31 so we don't just have five hearts.
03:33 So first things first, let's stop being a baby,
03:35 and let's become Genin Naruto,
03:36 which will increase our hearts to 15,
03:38 and we won't be a baby.
03:39 So to actually unlock Genin Naruto,
03:41 I need 32 orange dye, 20 wool, and 16 ink sacs.
03:44 Now I currently already have four white wool remaining,
03:47 but I don't have any ink sacs or orange dye,
03:49 so let's get to work.
03:49 Okay, so first things first,
03:50 since there's water right behind me,
03:52 let's go see if there's squids,
03:53 so we can get the 16 ink sacs we need.
03:54 I see some squids, they're spinning in circles.
03:56 Okay, let's get 'em, come here.
03:57 That's one.
03:59 Okay, that's 10 ink sacs.

04:02 Okay, so we have all 16 ink sacs that we need,

04:47 which is basically half of what we need.
04:49 So let's keep looking for more flowers.

04:51 Okay, here we go, and if we combine this red dye
04:53 and this yellow dye, that's the last orange dye we need,
04:55 which means we no longer need to be baby Naruto
04:57 with only five hearts,
04:58 'cause we have everything we need to become a Genin.

05:02 We're now Genin Naruto,
05:03 which means we have 15 hearts of HP,
05:05 but we also get jump two, speed one, and strength one.
05:09 So we are already so much stronger,
05:11 but unfortunately, we're basically just a human.
05:13 We have no Naruto powers, like his Rasengan.

05:19 - But luckily, if we go to the combat upgrades,
05:21 we can start unlocking some of them.
05:23 So let's start by simply unlocking a kunai,
05:25 which is those fancy ninja knives you see them all throw.
05:27 But anyway, to unlock the kunai,
05:28 we just need to kill 20 mobs with a bow,
05:30 mine 30 iron ore, which like, that is super easy,
05:33 and then I just gotta kill two of the Akatsuki with a bow,
05:35 and we'll be all set.
05:36 So let's quickly go back to the base,
05:37 and start on the easiest part, which is mining 30 iron,
05:40 which is kind of perfect, 'cause the sun is starting to set.
05:41 Okay, so here's a big cluster of iron ore in here.
05:44 This is gonna get us a bunch right off the bat.

05:46 Okay, we've mined all 30 iron ore we need.
05:48 Now let's just go to sleep,
05:49 and work on unlocking the rest of the kunai tomorrow.

05:53 and I need one if I'm gonna get 20 kills with a bow.

05:55 Anyway, let's go make a bow real quick.
05:57 So let's quickly go down to the cave,

06:39 and our flint to get 62 arrows,
06:41 which is definitely all we need to get the entity kills,
06:43 which starts with these sheep.

06:46 we've got our first entity killed with a bow.

06:52 We've officially killed 20 mobs with a bow.
06:54 So now we just need to get two kills

06:56 and we'll unlock our kunai upgrade.

07:17 It turns out they built a super hidden underground base

08:58 we're gonna work on, which is Naruto's Substitution Jutsu.
09:01 This is literally my favorite Jutsu from Naruto,
09:04 because if you're attacked, you can turn into a log,
09:06 which honestly is perfect.
09:07 See, guys, I was getting beaten up a ton during that fight.
09:09 Imagine just turning into a log instead.
09:11 You know I gotta unlock that.
09:12 So to actually get it, we need 64 logs, 64 sticks,
09:15 and a campfire.
09:16 Wow, that's easy.
09:17 I can do that all in one day.
09:18 Okay, let's just cut down a bunch of trees to start with.

09:23 Okay, we've got all the logs we need.
09:24 Now let's just go to the base and make everything.
09:26 Okay, let's start by turning these oak logs into planks,
09:28 and then turning them all into sticks.
09:30 And now we just need a campfire,
09:31 which we can make with three logs,
09:32 a piece of coal, and three sticks.
09:34 And boom, just like that, in a single day,
09:36 we can already unlock the Substitution Jutsu,
09:39 which, like, the Kunais are cool and all,
09:40 but this is even cooler.
09:42 And since it's still daytime outside, let's try it out.
09:44 Okay, let's go near the skeleton and let's use it.
09:46 Boom, we've disappeared in a bunch of smoke,
09:48 and now there's a log in our place.
09:49 Oh, and the skeleton gets blindness.
09:51 So it's super easy to escape.
09:52 Okay, so with all the tier one upgrades officially complete,
09:55 it's time to work on some of our tier two upgrades.
09:57 Now, all of these seem cool and all,
09:58 but I definitely want to work on Naruto's

10:02 Okay, so to actually unlock Rasengan,
10:03 okay, so let's start at the hardest part
10:05 of unlocking Rasengan,
10:06 which has got to be killing the blazes with snowballs.
10:08 Like, that's ridiculous.
10:09 Like, I could just get the Kunai kills on the mobs
10:11 and get it done with, or get the Akatsuki with the Kunai,
10:14 but blazes with snowballs?
10:15 That's hard.
10:16 So let's just get it done with.
10:16 And since we don't have a nether portal,
10:18 we got to go make one.
10:18 So let's go get some diamonds for a diamond pickaxe,
10:20 and then we'll go get some obsidian.
10:22 Okay, we have all the diamonds we need.
10:24 So let's make ourselves a diamond pickaxe.
10:25 And now let's mine ourselves some obsidian.
10:27 Okay, we found a place to make some obsidian.
10:29 So let's just, ow, go down here.

13:19 gave the Akatsuki a chance to try and beat me already.
13:22 Like, we survived, but now we have to waste time
13:24 building a brand new Naruto base.
13:26 Okay, so welcome to the new Naruto base.
13:28 Yes, it's behind me, and yes, it's literally just in a tree.
13:31 But Naruto's from the Hidden Leaf Village,
13:32 so this actually makes sense.
13:33 Get it, 'cause it's a base, hidden in the leaves?
13:35 Okay, anyway, let's just go into the base.
13:37 Basically, to get inside, all you do is jump on this tree,
13:39 you walk over here, and you're in.
13:40 And it's a little squishy, but that's actually by design.
13:43 So right here, we have some furnaces,
13:45 we got all our chests, we got a bunch of our stuff.
13:46 But in reality, this base isn't real.
13:48 I mean, it's real, but it's not my main base.
13:50 You see, this is where I'm storing some stuff,
13:52 just to make it look legit.
13:53 But the real base is actually hidden below.
13:55 So if we exit the tree and look right next to it,
13:57 there's a hidden ladder that goes down underground,
13:59 which leads to the real base,
14:01 where we have our chests, our crafting table,
14:03 and our furnaces, and of course, our nether portal,
14:05 so we can go kill some blazes with some snowballs.
14:08 Okay, so first things first, let's find a nether fortress
14:10 so we can kill some blazes.
14:11 Oh God, you're spooky.

14:15 Okay, I see a bastion over that way,
14:16 so I should probably go in the opposite direction.

14:18 Okay, we made it to a nether fortress,
14:20 so let's quickly build up to it.
14:21 And now let's just find a blaze spawner.

14:27 Now we just have to actually kill them with snowballs,
14:29 not our sword.

32:46 And next, we've got to get the final tier three upgrade, which is called chakra stance.
