00:00 I survived 100 days on an island, 200 blocks above the void.
00:05 This is Infinite Skyblock, a world full of every biome in the game just out of my reach,
00:10 whether it be a simple spruce tree, or an entire ancient city with a warden awaiting
00:15 my arrival.
00:16 I turned this starter island into my own custom biome equipped with everything I need to survive.
00:22 So sit back, relax, and enjoy 100 days in Infinite Skyblock.
00:28 To start off, I'm hovering above the void with very little to keep me safe.
00:32 So I have to cherish everything on the island.
00:34 I grab up the grass, which grants me 3 seeds, enough for a single loaf of bread.
00:38 Then I tore away the one thing keeping me alive, the dirt, keeping the bottom layer
00:42 and using what I mined to protect the tree.
00:44 As I mined it up, I just prayed that the saplings of life won't succumb to the darkness below.
00:49 While that decided my fate, I wanted to test a sea pickle idea I had.
00:53 For some reason, I get it in the chest and I wanted to see if I can multiply the number
00:57 of water sources I have.
00:58 But when trying to place it down, I realized it only places in water source blocks and
01:02 I can't duplicate on its own.
01:04 But I still remembered how to make a cobblestone generator, which only helps us further our
01:07 progress if we get a freaking sapling, please!
01:11 After getting two, I planted one down and put the other one away.
01:14 I do not trust myself.
01:15 Then I made a wood pickaxe and mined my first cobble.
01:18 Oh, it went in the lava.
01:19 Cobblestone generator complete.
01:21 We have a working source of gray blocks.
01:23 Now to just throw this off the map.
01:25 And buh-bye!
01:26 Time to go where you belong.
01:27 Ahem, my lordship.
01:28 Look, I'm allowed to like the stone pickaxe.
01:31 For what it is, it doesn't get enough love.
01:33 And I'm here to give.
01:34 And for the fun part of Skyblock, mining the generator while watching regular show.
01:38 Bordo and Riggs are much more entertaining than looking down on this crappy island.
01:42 Speaking of which, when I had enough, I worked on cutting away the island and building it
01:46 out to a tolerable dirt circle.
01:48 In the beginning, the island won't improve very much, but over time, trust me, this place
01:52 turns into a paradise.
01:54 After spending all night staring at cobblestone, I had three stacks and a dream.
01:57 A dream to not live on this small platform.
02:00 So we start the small arc of expansion.
02:02 Nothing particularly special, but I do keep its round shape so my sanity doesn't jump
02:07 into the void.
02:08 During that time, the unthinkable happened.
02:09 An alliance was formed.
02:11 Oh, my word.
02:12 We couldn't have asked for a better tree.
02:15 Like this is perfect.
02:16 I know I hate these trees.
02:17 I absolutely despise them.
02:19 But for this world, I'm going to say I like the giant oak trees.
02:23 Alright, I will never say it again.
02:26 Don't clip this.
02:27 Alright, I'm never going to say this again, but I like the big oak trees for Skyblock.
02:31 And only for Skyblock.
02:32 I don't want these things popping up in my other worlds thinking we'll chat over a cup
02:36 of tea because I talked about them nice once.
02:38 After that, I got to work on extension arc V2.
02:40 However, this plan was made for two reasons.
02:43 One, I need a bigger island and this is how I'm gauging it.
02:46 Two, I need a skeleton to spawn so the area I've created will allow for our first mobs.
02:50 But cobblestone is a real issue when attempting an extension.
02:54 So much so, I was running back and forth between the generator and the edge of the island to
02:58 try and spawn a mob across the land.
02:59 Once it worked, I crit him out for those bones without sustaining damage and it was time
03:03 to big brain Minecraft physics.
03:05 I bone meeled under a water source block and got more water source blocks, which means
03:09 infinite water source achieved.
03:11 Up until this point, I've given you a pretty thorough detail of my day, but all I did on
03:15 day three was mine this block.
03:17 I mean, I'm sure I can come up with some literature about how intense it is to mine
03:20 a cobble gen, but I'll save that for Shakespeare 101.
03:23 Beginning of day four, I was chopping trees, grinding out the island, and using my cobble
03:27 for more extending.
03:28 I started mapping out how big the island was going to be, or how big I wanted it to be,
03:32 let's just say.
03:33 She's large.
03:34 But before counting my cobble before it hatched, a wandering trader spawned in.
03:37 Oh, oh my, dude, you don't, why?
03:41 Why are you scaring me like that?
03:43 Yay, walking target practice.
03:45 Somebody had come bearing no gifts.
03:47 To the slaughterhouse with you.
03:48 But I did find some cool leads on the ground.
03:50 Then the mobs came in while trying to get this build done, and I wasn't a healthy man
03:54 to begin with.
03:55 I even saw an enderman going schizo on me, like, TPing all over the place, eventually
03:59 dropping his balls.
04:00 What a find.
04:01 Now back to the extension on day five.
04:03 Things were just not going well.
04:04 I thought I had made a perfect plan of action, but my execution was lacking.
04:07 I sat there for way too long trying to figure out why my island was uneven.
04:11 I think it's pretty funny when I mess up bad enough for 90% of a day to be me using
04:16 up all of my brain power, and when the two brain cells finally agreed with each other,
04:20 I was able to start filling the island in.
04:22 Bad plan, bad plan, way too many mobs spawned in because of what I've done.
04:25 I led them to the edge in hopes that they would push each other off, but I messed up.
04:30 Okay, that could have gone way worse.
04:34 I escaped with my life and a few more mob drops to add to our collection.
04:38 Then I got back to filling in our circle with whatever cobblestone I had left over, but
04:42 as a common theme throughout this series, it was nowhere near enough.
04:45 So I spent the rest of day six and all of day seven watching Netflix, because I'm not
04:48 staring at this generator for that long.
04:50 Ah, filling it in.
04:51 The island's been looking like Spongebob recently, but I want to survive the void, so we're
04:55 back to filling it in.
04:56 And then running out of cobble.
04:58 I'm telling you, it's a theme.
04:59 Day nine, I'm moving on from this stupid generator.
05:01 Heck, I'm tearing the entire middle part of the island down in favor of a small pond.
05:05 I want something nice to look at for once after making my eyes bleed from mining, so
05:09 I installed a pond falling into the void.
05:11 I extended it at the bottom and put on a floor because I want fish to spawn in here.
05:15 I don't really have much company out here, and I don't really know if fish will spawn,
05:19 but by doing this I'm going to learn.
05:20 However, while making the build, a ton of sea life spawned at the bottom, favoring death
05:24 over me.
05:25 Sounds about right.
05:26 Then I remade the cobblestone generator as a necessary evil.
05:29 It's kind of fun now, because I'm getting bullied by it.
05:31 The blocks are really trying to get me to not mine it.
05:34 Day ten, we're fishing.
05:35 Even though the lake doesn't appear to be full of life, it sure is.
05:38 My goal is to clear out all of the living and put them in my stomach.
05:41 I'm starving out here, awaiting my death, and fish are the only solution.
05:45 After spending my entire day hungry, I cooked up what I had caught and satiated my starvation.
05:49 But this is a looming problem we can't run from, unless we actually get the farms up
05:53 and running.
05:54 Ha ha, you thought you'd get something fun to watch like a nice relaxing farm day?
05:58 Nope, more cobble.
05:59 Push, push, push, push.
06:00 I feel like I'm in a roller coaster the way this cobblestone doesn't want me here.
06:04 All that work because we have somewhere to head.
06:07 As mentioned, the world is infinite, full of randomized islands that can eventually
06:11 bring me the entire game.
06:12 Well, I'm heading to the spruce island, the first wood I want to mass produce, alongside
06:16 the sweetberry bush I can use for food.
06:18 I'm solving two problems in one here, and to add to that, I get extra dirt, which will
06:22 just expand the farms.
06:23 All in all, bridging out here was the right idea.
06:25 Back at home base, we plopped in our pumpkin seeds to grow later, as well as placed down
06:29 the first spruce tree.
06:30 Everything on the island is moving smoothly, but we still have a ton of leftover cobble,
06:34 and since I've already been scared of the drop once this day, I may as well make it
06:37 twice.
06:38 We're going for the jungle, baby.
06:39 This island gives us jungle wood, cocoa beans, melons, access to vines, and even more farmland.
06:45 We tore it all down, but notice this area gives us a direct line of sight to the desert
06:49 temple sitting meters away.
06:51 So I spent the rest of my time bridging over there.
06:53 I really need the loot.
06:55 Getting iron tools or two diamonds for an enchant table would be massive for us, but
06:59 when I got close, something awful happened.
07:01 Oh, that skeleton is a little, there's a lot of them.
07:04 That's pretty, that's, they're underneath stuff too.
07:07 How am I meant to get over here?
07:09 Oh man, I just really got to hope the sun helps me out.
07:12 Oh, this could go really wrong really fast.
07:16 Oh, dude, what just happened?
07:20 All of it just blew up.
07:22 Why did it all just, what?
07:25 I actually wanted the loot.
07:28 Why did it blow up?
07:29 What did I do?
07:30 Oh, well, that sucks.
07:33 I think what happened was a mob probably spawned inside and decided to end our fun by kermiting
07:38 him and all the chests.
07:40 After the nuclear test fire yesterday, I noticed another desert temple way too far out, but
07:45 it was my only shot at acquiring some new epic tools.
07:47 To make up for that mishap, I spent the entire day bridging over to this other temple in
07:51 hopes that I won't experience the second world war again.
07:55 When I finally reached it, nothing was inside.
07:57 No explosions went off and I was safe.
07:59 I grabbed the TNT from below and looted the chests.
08:01 I got various forms of mob drops, a looting three book, ores, and of course our first
08:06 diamond.
08:07 One of two on the way to making an enchant table.
08:09 Or one of 1,476 to make a full beacon.
08:14 We're just shy.
08:15 But the trek home took up almost the rest of the day.
08:18 I did stop to take down the acacia biome.
08:20 Don't worry, I would never actually use this wood.
08:22 I just wanted it for the dirt.
08:23 We got our first spruce tree to grow and I took this excitement to the extreme as I spent
08:27 the entire day mining trees.
08:29 Tree after tree, terrible axe break after terrible axe break, I was working on getting
08:33 our wood up.
08:34 But I had a reason.
08:35 The base we make is primarily going to be made of spruce, as always, but I also need
08:39 the wood for villager trades later on.
08:41 Plus, after building out all the way to that desert temple, I'm eerily close to a village,
08:45 so I might make a break for those guys early on.
08:48 Day 15 was mob farm day.
08:49 We need a way to get bones and gunpowder for later and experience for when we need enchants.
08:54 So, I ran over to where I stole the spruce tree from and started on the build.
08:58 It's obviously one you've seen before, very lackluster.
09:01 I'm not trying to make anything groundbreaking here, just a working farm.
09:05 And I have to say, I banged out this build.
09:07 I went with the two story one as well, and it was almost done in a single day.
09:11 I really locked in for the trapdoor placing, as I find it the hardest part of this build.
09:15 But the roof was still incomplete at the end of the day because I ran out of spruce.
09:19 I did all that mining in previous days just to not have enough.
09:22 I blame the titanic for some reason.
09:23 I used the little bone mill I had at base to grow some trees pretty quickly so I could
09:27 get the farm up and running.
09:29 I also pray that the zombies drop iron because the stone axe thing is really getting to annoy
09:35 me.
09:36 But eventually I had enough.
09:37 I water bucketed up the farm, placed down the final slab roof, removed the torches,
09:40 and got the heck out of there before I'm blown up by a creeper.
09:42 While they revved up in productivity, I built a bridge.
09:46 Not a good one, just a really short one that makes the area easier to get to, or easier
09:51 to not fall off of.
09:52 Then I made a wood sword, which was all I had on me, and slayed the merchandise.
09:55 I love when a wood sword feels like a diamond one when used against already injured, helpless
10:00 mobs.
10:01 I got a ton of human flesh to eat, bones to break, and a potato.
10:04 The single most best find of all time, as I can grow it, bone meal it, and cook it for
10:09 our best starvation resistant medicine yet.
10:12 Day 17, grinding day.
10:13 As stated, mob drops are invaluable, and I need them to survive, so the entire day I'm
10:17 at the farm getting as much loot as possible.
10:19 I'm also glad I made this a double decker farm, because this whole thing works wonders.
10:23 It's so fast and works so well.
10:26 I even was getting extra pieces of armor, swords, and ironing kits along the way.
10:29 By the end of it, I had like 4 stacks of every mob drop alongside a health potion and bows
10:35 to use against any unwanted creepers.
10:37 But we're back to cobble.
10:38 It's villager time, and based on how much I needed for the desert temples, I'm gonna
10:42 need so much more of this stuff if we're getting where I want to go.
10:46 Just me, being abused by stone, for 20 minutes.
10:49 But then I hovered the rock over the void for hundreds of blocks to make my way over
10:53 to a village.
10:54 This is the first time I have seen other human life that isn't undead.
10:57 Oh, and since it's 1.20, this was my first experience with a camel, and I forgot that
11:01 I can get extra iron from the iron golem sitting over here.
11:04 Then I plopped a villager in a boat and began our ride home.
11:08 The entire ride is like 20 minutes.
11:11 It's awful, but my pal Frank and I enjoyed the sunset on the way home.
11:14 It was pretty scary with all of the mobs on top of the temple right above us.
11:19 However, we made it to base safe and sound.
11:21 And the next day, I went back to the village getting Frank's wife.
11:25 Um, her name's Da-Da-Da-Da-Da-Da-Frank.
11:30 Her name's Da-Frank.
11:31 Could have taken more time to come up with that.
11:33 But we also enjoyed a sunsetty night, and I think she likes me.
11:37 Pardon the naming situation.
11:38 But now that we have villagers, the real fun can begin.
11:40 We'll be progressing fast now.
11:42 Day 21, I'm heading back to the village because the mob spawner isn't good enough
11:46 to produce beds, and we need a lot of those for breeding the villagers.
11:49 And to specify, I'm not the one breeding the villagers.
11:53 They just do it naturally, after I make them.
11:55 Anyway, the village had beds, so I went around carefully collecting them all.
11:59 The sand around me was falling into the void, and I was pretty close a few times because
12:02 I live my life on the edge.
12:04 I also had to sleep in the village because crossing back at night is deadly.
12:07 But since I'm already here, I may as well venture to the nearest desert temple.
12:11 An elytra would be really helpful right about now.
12:14 Inside, I got more mob drops, which I don't need anymore, a few pieces of gold, emeralds,
12:19 and dune armor trim, alongside two golden apples.
12:22 After getting all that, I had to walk home for like five minutes.
12:25 The commute is really annoying.
12:27 Back at base, I put down all the beds the villagers will ever need, and try to grow
12:31 more food for them to breed.
12:32 I don't actually want them fed, I just want more children.
12:35 Notch has a really weird idea of how Minecraft should work.
12:38 Day 23, we are rolling our first farmer villager.
12:41 I need to trade with like potatoes and bread so I can easily get emeralds and food for
12:46 me and the villagers.
12:47 When it happened, everything from here on out will be solved by the villagers.
12:50 I bone mealed off a ton of potatoes and traded for my first few emeralds.
12:54 I got them made up to apprentice and unlocked a few more trades that I can't use right
12:57 now.
12:58 Then gave them bread so they hopefully get busy.
13:01 If you're wondering why I don't have a fletcher, it's because I don't have access
13:04 to flint, and it's impossible to get at the moment.
13:07 So for emeralds, I'm relying on the farmer.
13:09 I made a new pumpkin farm with my leftover dirt and went back to using bone meal on the
13:13 potatoes.
13:14 The mob farm was a good call, but having enough iron for an anvil so I could use the looting
13:18 book would be so much better.
13:19 Day 24, I made an armorer.
13:21 I acquired the bottom half of my first iron set.
13:24 Then they reproduced twice.
13:26 Twins!
13:27 In the future, I might be able to get a fletcher, but for now I can't afford to upgrade the
13:31 armorer.
13:32 Then I grabbed more bones to grow the pumpkin seeds in an unlikely chance that the farm
13:35 works well enough to get me emeralds.
13:36 Then I made my first iron pickaxe because my idea was to head to the nether and mine
13:41 the gold to trade for iron, so that eventually I could get looting and ramp up our potato
13:45 production.
13:46 But when I bridged over to the nether portal island, a chest rendered in for the first
13:50 time.
13:51 I had completely forgotten, but this could have flint.
13:53 And I stress could, but I just really want to flint.
13:57 Please.
13:58 Oh, there's four!
14:00 There's actually four flint in here.
14:02 Oh my word, I don't even have to go to the nether.
14:04 Oh, children, grow up, please!
14:06 I need a fletcher!
14:07 I need the trade!
14:08 But while they refused to help me, I got to cutting down trees.
14:12 We're back in the lumberjack business, baby.
14:14 Time to deforest.
14:15 I worked hard yesterday, and I was rewarded with a grownup fletcher to go alongside my
14:19 stacks of wood I collected.
14:21 Locked in that trade so fast and got to work.
14:23 We have 28 emeralds now, and I can finally start to upgrade the armorer.
14:26 Now, the armorer I buy here has two purposes.
14:29 Even though I'm wasting emeralds on iron gear, I can do something at the very least to make
14:33 it recycled.
14:34 Turn him into iron nuggets.
14:36 Maybe eventually I'll get an ingot or two back.
14:38 It's kind of okay, but I am heavily wasting emeralds here.
14:42 And when the man was ready for more, he gave me a free pair of chain boots.
14:45 Is this just free?
14:47 What?
14:49 It says it's free!
14:50 That's false advertising!
14:52 Oh, he jipped me so hard there.
14:54 He totally said it was free.
14:55 What a scam.
14:56 Even still, the fletcher trades are really ramping up his progression.
14:59 I'm getting quite a few emeralds out of this one guy before he jacks up his prices.
15:03 And after buying a metric ton of shields, I got access to diamond armor.
15:07 It's too expensive, but at least I have it.
15:09 All of that was like 5 minutes of work.
15:11 Imagine how fast we'll be progressing when I've got 100 villagers.
15:14 The rest of the day was spent trading with the new fletcher that grew up, getting my
15:17 bottom pieces of the diamond armor set, and going back to the potato method for more emeralds.
15:22 But we all know the trees work way too good.
15:24 Day 26, more breeding occurred, alongside the first iron golem to spawn.
15:29 That's right, I can farm iron manually now.
15:31 I hate to admit it, but that's kind of what I do for most of the series.
15:34 I always forget iron farms are an option.
15:36 Whenever one would spawn though, I would make sure to kill it for the 3-5 iron.
15:40 Also, my fletchers were price gouging me, and since I own the market, I'm having second
15:44 thoughts about having these guys here.
15:46 But they did give me a full set of diamond armor.
15:48 That's right, we're a fourth away through the video, and I'm rocking full diamond
15:52 and stone tools.
15:53 Someone give me an incompetence medal.
15:55 While the islanders were getting freaky, I moved on to planning out the island build.
15:59 I'm going to make a base that throws me out of my comfort zone.
16:02 Normally I make a super nice medieval structure, or some kind of small village, basically a
16:06 house that makes sense.
16:08 This time, I'm putting everything into one building, and I'll make it like an observatory
16:12 type thing, but nothing I'm used to.
16:14 After planning out the circle with cobblestone for how big it's going to be, I went back
16:17 to the trees.
16:18 You would not believe how much wood I'll be needing.
16:20 And after putting in so much work tree chopping, I went to cobblestone punching.
16:23 Or better yet, rejecting.
16:25 This generator I made really doesn't want me in it.
16:27 But after that, I got back to basics.
16:29 Fletcher trades for emeralds and iron golem kills to stack up the iron reserves, because
16:33 we're going for tools.
16:34 I made a toolsmith and got to work, but his only trade I could do was for iron.
16:38 But wasting it isn't worth it, right?
16:40 Wrong, I did it immediately, and we're back to one iron.
16:43 The only real issue I'm running into now is Fletcher prices.
16:46 With only two of them, they don't reset very fast, and I still have no way to get
16:50 flint.
16:51 But iron tools were a different story.
16:52 My man Billy Bob Joel over here unlocked an iron axe and shovel for me.
16:57 Not going to use the shovel, but the axe is totally worth it.
17:00 The difference in ability an iron axe makes is crazy, and by nightfall, I was just slowly
17:05 gathering all the materials I could for emeralds.
17:07 Day 28 was more of the same.
17:09 Lots of deforestation, villager trades, crop harvesting, all just to maybe one day unlock
17:14 the diamond tools.
17:15 You won't believe it, more high price trades I can't afford, and iron golem slaughtering.
17:19 But big news, the Fletchers reset trades, back to normal.
17:22 So I could turn a profit.
17:24 And all the iron I got allowed me to upgrade Billy Bob Joel to the diamond axe.
17:28 I'm also trying to get grass to spread to the outer island so we can start work on the
17:31 build.
17:32 Then I spent the rest of my day basically breaking my own axes, no point in wasting
17:36 these purchases.
17:37 Day 30 we finally start some base operations.
17:39 Time to get this place in order with a spruce road.
17:42 I have loved adding this very road to a few of my builds in the past, and it all starts
17:47 with some simple logs.
17:48 Once it almost fully surrounded the island, I went back to villager trades.
17:51 I had a terrible moment of clarity when I realized villagers trade gold for emeralds,
17:55 not the other way around.
17:57 I actually made this cleric villager and upgraded him for no reason now.
18:01 Then I went on to buying a ton of axes to unlock the diamond pickaxe.
18:05 The amount of cobble I could mine now, let's freaking go.
18:08 Then we had an imposter among us, trying to sell me spruce saplings as if he can't see
18:13 the giant tree behind me.
18:15 But I did find free saddles on the ground.
18:16 Alright, with the diamond pickaxe, it's nether time.
18:19 I ran over to our portal, moved all the lava over in case I needed it for something later,
18:23 and fixed up the portal so it will light, which I still don't have flint and steel
18:27 for.
18:28 So instead, I tried my best to use lava and wood to get the project going, and let's
18:31 just say it's a mystery on how bad I am at this.
18:34 It was for some reason really hard to figure out the lighting path of lava.
18:38 Eventually I gave up knowing full well I don't know what I'm doing.
18:41 Oh it lit while I walked away, thank you for that.
18:43 That's really cool, glad you did that.
18:44 I walked away, that's, yay.
18:46 You ironic son of a bitcoin.
18:48 But now we head to the nether, except some friends showed up.
18:51 And yes, this video was recorded on Halloween.
18:53 I know what year it is now, alright, don't judge me.
18:56 Once in the nether, I forgot it's also nothing.
18:58 We have no way of farming gold, or anything of that matter.
19:02 This place was basically useless.
19:04 Day 31, I'm not giving up.
19:06 I mapped out the nether waste biomes to the best of my abilities, and swear to make a
19:10 gold farm.
19:11 Now I started this how anyone would, like a normal mob grinder.
19:14 I don't want them to die on impact, and I want them to be funneled.
19:17 If you think I know what I'm doing, you'd lose that bet.
19:19 I continued with a decently recognizable design for the rest of the day, but realized I need
19:23 so many resources for this.
19:25 So I spent all of day 32 collecting a ton of wood and cobble.
19:29 I need the wood for trap doors since I had a brilliantly awful plan, and cobblestone
19:34 cause it won't hurt.
19:35 Back in the nether, the farm had spawned in a bunch, and I mean a bunch of piggies.
19:39 Some with murderous intent, and some chillin'.
19:42 Luckily I brought gold and got my first trades going with these guys.
19:45 I even got 20 iron nuggies, so I can get 2 more ingots at least.
19:48 I continued expanding out the landing platform and visualized where the lava was gonna go.
19:53 Working with so many pigs around was a challenge to say the least, but eventually the lava
19:56 showed me I had no idea what I was doing.
19:58 So I reorganized the entire farm's layout, using way too much cobblestone that I should
20:02 have kept on me, and headed back home with one prize.
20:05 Gravel.
20:06 You thought I wanted iron.
20:07 Nope.
20:08 We can make more Fletchers, baby.
20:09 Fletchers, Fletchers, Fletchers.
20:10 We got 'em going, and now we got emeralds cooking.
20:13 But I'm still more interested in the nether right now.
20:15 When I tried to get back up top, a lot had spawned in.
20:18 Magmas, hoglins, the whole 9 yards, and imagine if I hit a pigman right now.
20:22 Thankfully I'm a smart thinker and burned myself alive.
20:26 I survived, and the hoglins didn't.
20:28 Never make that your first plan of action.
20:29 Back to lava casting.
20:30 I think I finally had the right idea for how it should work, but needed more lava.
20:34 But when leaving, I made a slight mistake.
20:37 I'll probably live.
20:39 Oh, ahhh, they're still after me.
20:44 I barely escaped with my life.
20:45 Dumb choices are normally how my videos end.
20:48 I grabbed more buckets of lava from the overworld, thankfully I saved 'em, and headed back
20:51 in.
20:52 First I had to clear out the mobs mad at me, which worked a treat.
20:55 But getting up again was the problem.
20:57 So many things spawned in, and I didn't want to mess up the farm once it's active.
21:00 But eventually I was able to run around and place all the lava needed.
21:03 Now I just need to get rid of the pigman in the way.
21:06 Thankfully it was easy with my big brain.
21:07 Then I made sure nothing can spawn on this lair, and boom bam bop we done.
21:12 Except I still had to go above and make a bunch of railways for the pigman to spawn
21:16 on, and then place trapdoors so they would fall on their own.
21:20 So we're relying on Minecraft AI to make this work, and we're like nowhere close to being
21:24 done.
21:25 Taking a break from the nether, I farmed up some wood for more traits.
21:28 Then I used those traits to level people up and get iron axes, which I smelted down for
21:32 even more iron.
21:33 We were sitting at a solid zero, so that's why I did this.
21:36 Then I just went back to more trees, partially for traits, and partially for trapdoors on
21:40 the pigman farm.
21:41 Speaking of which, round 8, we're going back in.
21:43 Right off the bat I was threatened by a ghast who just never shot at me.
21:47 I was terrified to go up with this thing here, but I did it anyways.
21:51 Live and learn I guess, cause he fired back.
21:53 But after that he was pretty chill, as I went back to work on the gold farm.
21:56 These rows costed way too much material.
21:59 And now that I'm thinking about it, I could have just done an exact replica of a normal
22:02 mob farm, and it would have been a lot better.
22:04 But I just never thought about it.
22:06 Although coming up with all this on my own had me hyped to try it out.
22:09 After finishing it up, I waited around a while to see how good it was, and it worked.
22:14 Not the best, but it gets the job done.
22:17 Back in the overworld, I worked my way up to a diamond sword trait.
22:20 But after realizing I don't have enough diamonds for either an enchant table or enough
22:24 iron for an anvil, I was kind of in a terrible situation with a really bad sword.
22:28 Which made me not want to go to the nether again, and instead I used my gravel to duplicate
22:32 the dirt we had.
22:33 I have very, very, very little dirt in this world, and the gold farm was my only hope
22:39 at getting more.
22:40 To see it even get us this much was pretty cool.
22:42 The next 4 days were a grind.
22:44 I started out by grabbing more spruce wood to build with this time, because we're finally
22:48 filling out the path.
22:49 I stripped the logs down, chucked in stairs on both sides, and finished it off by filling
22:53 it in with planks.
22:54 This is a very baby step 1 in the build, but it's nice to see color on the island.
22:59 Into the nether, I wanted to make the walk a tiny bit safer, as we are farming a bit.
23:03 Filling out the farm did work, I was for sure getting gold, just not at the rate I would
23:07 like.
23:08 I have a looting 3 book, but I can't even use it right now, and it sucks.
23:11 So the new plan was bridge all the way over to the closest bastion without getting hit
23:15 off by a ghast.
23:16 Great plan, that took like a week to accomplish, look how far I had to go.
23:21 But this place was no let down.
23:22 I'm super nervous going in here with basic diamond gear, but I'm a minecrafter, what
23:26 could go wrong?
23:27 I safely made my way over to the chest, getting actual good amounts of gold alongside blocks
23:32 of iron.
23:33 I hadn't been this rich yet.
23:35 Then I got my first ancient debra.
23:37 Baby steps people, baby steps.
23:38 That's a lot of piglins, who are gonna trade with me.
23:41 Yeah, I know you wanna.
23:43 Get in the hole.
23:44 Main goal of this is gravel and iron, only 2 things I really need right now.
23:47 Out of 30 gold, I got a half a stack of gravel and 13 iron nuggets, with a full inventory
23:51 of garbage.
23:52 The rest of the bastion wasn't much better.
23:54 So many mobs were here, cause this is the only place they can spawn.
23:57 The chest only got me 4 more blocks of gold, another block of iron, and a netherite scrap.
24:02 Good haul for being as broke as I am though.
24:04 At base, I was able to expand the amount of dirt we had ever so slightly, but the best
24:08 part of the entire day, a looting 3 sword and our new anvil.
24:12 The nether is gonna be a piece of cake now.
24:14 I start the next day testing out moss, seeing if it's viable to help with the lack of
24:18 dirt, but since it only turns stone into moss, I don't think it will be useful, unless
24:22 I just use it as more decoration.
24:24 With the gold I have, it's nether trading time, but I don't have a way to trade yet,
24:28 so I made a spawn platform pretty close to me while I grinded out the mob spawn.
24:31 My inventory was filling up fast.
24:33 So back to the overworld I went for 2 different things, furnaces and chests.
24:37 The furnaces are for the swords so that I can be smelting them down while just whacking
24:41 the mobs.
24:42 And after being in here long enough, I started to lead over piglins for trading, but the
24:45 bridge I made really just led over hoglins.
24:48 Hey, we're not fun to play with.
24:50 After long enough time, I trapped the piglins in a box and disconnected the bridge so I
24:53 won't suffer anymore.
24:54 It was great to have a trading area and a farm.
24:56 And the looting sword was going ham.
24:59 I may have also accidentally reconnected the bridge, which led over some real hoglins.
25:03 The fight was not great for my health, and I almost got pushed off the map.
25:07 The rest of this exciting day was just killing for gold, smelting for gold, and throwing
25:11 the gold and praying for gravel.
25:12 I finally realized why I made a cleric villager.
25:15 This rotten flesh gives me emeralds now.
25:17 After that, I continued to transform dirt until the entire middle section of the island
25:21 was filled in.
25:22 After 40 days, we have a dirt circle.
25:25 What an accomplishment.
25:26 But now we can start the build.
25:27 The first layer will of course be made of spruce.
25:29 It's the only logical choice.
25:31 So I went around placing pillars, then making the windows on our first floor.
25:35 As well as kind of tackling the entrances at the end.
25:38 Well, it took a while to be a fan of how the fences were placed, but it works.
25:42 Back to work on the base, I made the roof rim.
25:44 Basically the start of our first disconnect.
25:46 Eventually I'll be adding oak on top of this, so I have to make it a smooth transition.
25:50 And after grinding some more cobblestone, since I never have enough, I got to work on
25:53 an interior staircase.
25:55 I'm keeping the pond inside the base, so instead of making a traditional staircase
25:59 where the pond would be, I wanted to wrap it around it.
26:02 I'll make this thing match on the other side, but I really liked how this turned out.
26:05 To start off the day, I went for more spruce chopping, iron golem killing, and oak farm
26:09 making.
26:10 That way, when I actually need oak, it'll be partially ready.
26:12 Inside, I made the second wrapping staircase, and it looks sick.
26:16 The entire build at the end of the video will be amazing.
26:18 And while it would be fun to spam bone meal on the oak trees to continue the build, it
26:22 was back to the nether for me.
26:23 I spent a lot of time in here just to get enough gravel for dirt multiplication.
26:27 This was the only way I knew how to do it, so I killed the farm, smelted the swords,
26:31 and awaited judgment via the piglins, as they don't give me gravel.
26:35 I walked away with about 2 stacks.
26:37 I now need to make dirt, so I outlined the island with spruce to create a border, then
26:40 spammed all the dirt I could make, turned it into real dirt, then repeated the process
26:44 till I had the entire island cover.
26:46 In your dreams, we were nowhere near close enough for that.
26:50 While the oak grew, I tackled a new project, maximizing the cobblestone generator.
26:55 Back in my old skyblock days on various Minecraft servers, I used to know how to make like a
26:59 50x50 generator that was super efficient.
27:02 But since that was years ago, me making this 2 stack generator with a redstone clock that
27:07 won't have cobble burn is enough for me.
27:09 Now to take on the chest monster we have growing.
27:12 I wanted the bottom layer of the base to be for me, so I duplicated some moss and started
27:15 adding it to the ground for a pop of color, without the U.
27:18 I also replaced stuff in the pond with moss to make it look a little bit better.
27:22 However, without a ton of moss, I'll have to finish it off with some stone.
27:25 I added some azalea bushes around the base and finished up the pond.
27:29 After it was done, I bone mealed it so the fish inside had source blocks, and I think
27:33 we're pretty much complete.
27:34 To end out my time, I figured out how my storage system was going to look with chests and barrels
27:39 scattered about.
27:40 Oak time!
27:41 I built out the roof with an oak ring so we can transition into the next stage of our
27:45 game plan.
27:46 I also started to make the second floor when a wandering trader spawned in.
27:49 He had sea pickles, which I grabbed up instantly to add to our pond, along with some kelp he
27:53 had for sale.
27:54 Back to the build, I put all of our villager stuff at the top so they can have their own
27:58 space.
27:59 It was a blast watching them trying to climb the stairs, and at night I worked on the windows
28:03 to the second floor.
28:04 Instead of more building, it was time for my favorite activity, villager re-rolling.
28:08 We need book trades because my tools are getting low, and the sooner we start this process
28:13 either with villager books or enchanting, the better.
28:16 I rolled a fire aspect 2 book and bookshelves, so I took it.
28:19 It was at least practical.
28:21 I also noticed the villagers would take damage by jumping off the ledge, so I grabbed more
28:26 wood and made them a railing.
28:28 It was just some fences, walls, and fence gates around the circle, but it was much needed.
28:33 Now it's these knockoff squidwards time to suffer.
28:35 We're re-rolling again, but in a group.
28:37 I want every book imaginable.
28:39 First was efficiency.
28:40 I nabbed it up pretty quick and got back to work.
28:42 I'm still looking for the more known ones like prot or mending.
28:45 However, I never got them.
28:46 I did get prot 4 for 55 emeralds, but I am not making that trade.
28:50 I cannot justify that purchase.
28:52 Instead it was organization time.
28:54 My base has chests, but they need a purpose, so I added item frames around the base and
28:57 began sorting.
28:58 It's such a fun process to see me put things where they belong, isn't it?
29:02 Day 52, we are back to chopping trees, but first my axe is in desperate need of help,
29:06 so I combine up a new one with unbreaking 2 and efficiency 3.
29:09 Tree chopping 101 is to start with the spruce because it's much better.
29:13 Plus, this is the wood we used for our village trade, so we need a lot more of it.
29:16 Then I moved on to the oak trees to later build up our base onto its next layer.
29:20 Speaking of the build, it was manually spawning iron golems, so I killed them instead of making
29:24 a farm since I operate on one brain cell.
29:26 I start the next day using the oak to finish up the second layer of our base.
29:30 I wasn't exactly happy with how it looked, so I used some leftover wood to trade for
29:34 emeralds as decoration blocks.
29:36 Yeah, I'm using my money for decoration purposes.
29:39 That's how poor I am because these were the only emeralds I had, and this is the extent
29:43 of my wealth, but I added them to the ring separating oak and spruce.
29:48 Basically showing off that I have villagers on the second floor, and to spend out my night,
29:51 I mined cobble.
29:52 Still cool how I'm not losing anymore.
29:54 Now that we have it, I use that cobble to bridge out once again for another wood type.
29:58 This time it's for birch.
30:00 In the cycle we have going on at base, I need birch for the top layer, as unfortunate as
30:04 it is.
30:05 I got there and cut down the tree and collected extra dirt.
30:07 After planting down two saplings, I added in the dirt to the island, as a little goes
30:11 a long way here.
30:12 Then I got to work on an iron golem farm.
30:14 I'm going to be making it on how I think it should work because I never use tutorials.
30:18 It would make my life so much easier if I did.
30:20 I was only able to put down the outline with how the water should flow and where the beds
30:24 should go, alongside making a redstone clock to push the zombie up and down into the villagers
30:29 sight range.
30:30 I still don't know how villagers get scared.
30:32 Day 56, we are moving villagers across the void to their new forever home.
30:36 Once I had them all in, I separated them from the path and got to work on getting the zombie.
30:40 I led a man holding cobblestone all the way over to the farm and somehow got him into
30:44 the piston trap, but nothing really seemed to be spawning so I'm just going to check
30:47 back in in the morning.
30:48 Upon getting back to the farm, an iron man was awaiting me, but he was stuck and I had
30:52 to figure out the issue.
30:53 While doing so, I may have accidentally hit the man.
30:56 So sorry sir, I swear that was not my goal.
30:59 The only goal I have is to make money off killing your entire bloodline, so it's not
31:02 that bad.
31:03 Anyway, back to work.
31:04 I got caught on the side, so I had to replace a bunch of blocks underneath with walls, as
31:08 well as replace some of the tube with glass so I can see inside from afar.
31:12 But even after all that, the walls still won't work.
31:15 There was a tiny bump, a little bitty bump in the wall that for some reason made these
31:19 guys stop, which made zero sense to me, so I had to go back and replace like a bunch
31:23 of the wall for no reason.
31:25 But now we had iron golems flowing at a constant rate.
31:28 And with that, we return to the nether, cause it's gold time.
31:32 Alongside that, it's also gravel time.
31:33 I need more dirt for the island, and this is the only way to do it.
31:36 I got all the swords smelting, and the pig is trading.
31:39 Hopefully this makes some dent in the vast dirt we need.
31:42 The next two days are great.
31:43 I start out by throwing bread at the lesser humans, and then go to mine some wood.
31:48 You expected more?
31:49 Day 61, I use all the wood I have to trade with the peasants and make more fletchers.
31:53 Still the best way to get emeralds.
31:55 But this is for a purpose.
31:56 I still want books.
31:57 Please just give me a good trade, you knock off walmart.
32:00 Oh my god, why are you walking away?
32:02 Oh dude, don't go to sleep, I'm so done with you.
32:05 Okay, finally, mending.
32:07 It only took me long enough to have punched this guy in the face at some point for him
32:10 to stack up his prices on me.
32:12 But you know, who isn't ripping me off at this point?
32:14 The fletchers, that's who.
32:15 They keep giving me money for all these sticks.
32:17 Then I was back to re-rolling.
32:19 I got feather falling first, and they got tired again.
32:22 Are you kidding me?
32:23 Day 63, you already know what I'm doing.
32:25 I got a sharp 4 book, finally something good.
32:28 Then I bought Unbreaking 3 and made an anvil to finally combine all of these books I've
32:32 been acquiring like Thanos with the infinity stones to get an almost perfect axe.
32:37 It needs silk touch, but this works for destroying my environment around me.
32:40 Is it ever a shock that I'm re-rolling villagers?
32:42 No?
32:43 Okay.
32:44 Well, I re-rolled till I got protection for 30 emeralds.
32:46 Would have been cheaper, but I guess I drunkenly slapped the man at some point.
32:49 But now that my book trades are actually good and finally complete after like 4 days, I
32:55 can go back to earning emeralds with all the wood I saved up.
32:57 We've got a ton of books now.
32:59 I combined a lot to make exactly what we need for armor, alongside needing more XP from
33:04 stick trades.
33:05 I also bought a fresh pair of diamond armor to use for these OP books.
33:08 Right out the gate, I only had enough to make the helmet, but 25% of the way there is good.
33:13 Then I went back to check on the iron farm and see if it was actually working.
33:16 It did.
33:17 Really well actually.
33:18 Surprisingly, it's more effective than manually killing.
33:21 Who knew?
33:22 I used the iron for more levels, but we are struggling.
33:24 Gold farm it is then.
33:25 I bet you already forgot about it, cause I did after all those villager trades.
33:29 I grinded up even more gold, but we were looking for levels.
33:32 That's the priority.
33:33 And after achieving 31 levels, I got back to base and made my chestplate and pants.
33:37 I need 20 levels for the boots, so I waited back in hell.
33:41 Day 66.
33:42 We got the boots and equipped the full armor.
33:45 Max diamond set acquired.
33:47 That gets me excited.
33:48 Comment below if you know where that reference is from.
33:50 Now it's time to get back to bridging, but in the nether.
33:53 I need blazes, and the only way is to risk my life once again over the void.
33:57 But that isn't even close to the worst part.
34:00 I had to safe bridge there, as the blazes could shoot me from a very far distance.
34:05 With one misstep, I could fall to my death.
34:07 I got my bridge close enough to get an ego and pearl.
34:10 I landed directly on the edge with everything looking at me.
34:14 All I have to do is get blazed rods and not die.
34:19 22 rods and a wither skeleton skull later, I had to head back to my bridge.
34:26 But the angle of where I was at and where the bridge was at scared the heck out of me.
34:30 I wasn't sure if I could actually make the pearl.
34:31 But I threw it anyways, and we landed safe and sound.
34:35 Now to just run back home for 20 minutes.
34:37 Back at base, we made the first and only eyes of ender we're going to be needing.
34:41 14 of these, and we can finally bridge out to the end.
34:44 But we do need to prepare.
34:46 First things first, I'm making a sword to withstand the battle.
34:49 Off to the mob grinder for levels, even if it is really slow.
34:52 Instead, let's rely on the spruce trees and villager trades for more XP.
34:56 Then I bought a bow and arrows from the fletchers, their only good trade at this point to use
35:00 against the dragon.
35:01 With that, we had enough to combine our looting 3 diamond sword with a sharpness 4, mending,
35:06 unbreaking, fire aspect book.
35:09 As well as make an extra book for the elytra we plan on anvilling in the end.
35:12 I made up a bunch of cobblestone slabs, used my slow growing sugar cane farm to make fireworks,
35:19 and since I don't want to be leaving at sunset, I'd chop some more trees.
35:22 A lumberjack's duty destroying the environment is never done.
35:25 Time to throw our first eye.
35:27 Okay, at least it points in a semi-manageable place.
35:31 We have ventured to a village in a similar direction.
35:34 Time to get running.
35:35 Either this day is a running sim, or it's a marathon.
35:39 You decide.
35:40 We made it to the village, then to the desert temple, and it was time to throw once more.
35:44 Is that pointing weest or sorth?
35:47 I don't know my directions.
35:49 Fridging simulator 101.
35:50 Day 71, we landed right above the end portal.
35:54 We had made it right below us is the portal to another dimension.
35:58 I dropped water down and jumped in.
36:01 The first chest gave me a new armor template, and the second one was the exact same thing.
36:06 Once in the portal room, I thought I should use the lava to make another portal so I can
36:09 get back here easier, but without a foot in steel, I had to wait for wood to burn.
36:13 Yeah, you know what?
36:14 This is not worth it.
36:16 In we go, the end.
36:17 Let's just quickly take care of all these crystals, and let him perch to take the full
36:21 strength of my axe to the dome.
36:23 After the dragon took off, I maned my bow for a little bit to chunk at her health, and
36:27 the final blow came from this second perch.
36:30 I got 63 XP levels from the fight, and an unborn baby egg.
36:34 Alright, now we bridge up and see how long it takes me to reach the city at the end of
36:37 the game.
36:38 Oh, oh, oh, what is this spawn?
36:42 What is this?
36:43 I was not ready for this.
36:44 I was not ready for this.
36:45 This has literally never happened to me before.
36:46 Dude, this, this is the luckiest thing ever.
36:50 There's literally an end ship and the gateways right here.
36:54 Like it's inside of the building somewhere.
36:56 What?
36:57 How is this possible?
36:58 Yeah, it was the luckiest thing ever, specifically for the ship sitting right next to spawn.
37:04 I did lose some other chests beforehand, but we all know what I'm here for.
37:08 The elytra baby.
37:09 The void is no longer a threat, and each section of the map has been unlocked.
37:13 I added the book we made to our new wings, and I may as well test them out while I'm
37:17 here.
37:18 I flew around the end for a little bit just to get a nice feel for things, and I did see
37:22 some more cities so who could pass up on that loot.
37:24 I grabbed more armor, ores, and shulker boxes I can use for builds later.
37:28 But what's really fun about staying in the end?
37:31 No seriously, someone tell me, because apparently according to my recordings, I stayed in here
37:35 for the next 3 days almost.
37:37 You know I don't actually need this gear passed me, I mean the ores are nice, and so
37:41 are the shulker boxes, but why are we here for so long?
37:44 All I wanted to do was take the elytra out for a test drive.
37:47 Maybe I was like taking a drivers test and making sure I could use it before I got home.
37:52 But speaking of home base, I wanted to go back.
37:54 All the villagers seemed happy to see me, and the shulkers were happy to be emptied.
37:58 I had gotten so much armor, I don't need more tools, I need nothing.
38:03 Look at all this stuff, it's like trophies to me.
38:05 We also got more than a stack of diamonds now, so if I wanted to do something with them,
38:09 I can.
38:10 And to end out my days, I made the magi-lamp for the dragon egg.
38:14 If you remember the video I got this from, which is over a year old by now, let me know
38:18 in the comments down below.
38:19 Day 75, the elytra has changed the game.
38:22 You know how hard it was to get netherite before?
38:25 Well we were back in the nether just flying through the void like it's nothing.
38:28 The goal, netherite.
38:30 The plan to get it?
38:31 Avoid every mob possible.
38:33 The first two chests I saw, I got a debra.
38:35 Not a good speed, one bastion later I got the snout template, but no netherite.
38:40 Then I went into treasure bastion like an idiot and wasn't trying to parkour around
38:43 for my life.
38:44 At all.
38:45 This isn't scary.
38:46 All I needed are those two chests.
38:48 Inside I found nothing of use, unless you like upgrade templates.
38:52 This process continued for quite some time.
38:55 Bastion after bastion, I would pray to get some debra.
38:58 And bastion after bastion, I would walk away with so little or nothing.
39:02 With the elytra getting closer and closer to breaking than I would like, I had to head
39:05 back to the overworld with only 4 ancient debris.
39:08 Sad times for ya boy.
39:09 I spent the rest of day 78 at the mob grinder killing creepers and trading for more emeralds
39:14 with the low life squidwards.
39:16 VILLAGER DAY- don't click off the video please I beg.
39:18 I'm not doing the normal stick trades, maybe, but I'm also making a farmer to get some
39:23 golden carrots.
39:24 See?
39:25 I leveled him up and now I have a solid source of food.
39:27 I ALSO wanted to invest in stone cutting villagers cause I have no idea what they do.
39:33 Maybe they provide some good blocks.
39:34 He would trade me some very weird stone stuff that I would keep.
39:38 Like stalactite blocks or lime glazed terracotta.
39:42 That's something I use very often.
39:43 Or quartz.
39:44 That's not exactly part of this build.
39:46 Wow, what an interesting waste of my time.
39:48 Honestly, cut this out of the video entirely.
39:50 One thing I still have to do is make all the librarian villagers trade for glass.
39:54 I need that for the roof of this build if I ever want to complete it.
39:57 Yesterday was villager day, today is birch day.
40:00 I start off by planting more of the tree down as we need tons of it for the base.
40:04 I added one last oak layer to the top of our tower and outlined it in spruce to give off
40:08 another separation line.
40:10 I also decorated this with slabs, stairs, and the eventual emerald blocks.
40:15 But this time I'm rich so I have so many to spare.
40:18 And by the end of the day I finally got to work on the birch on top.
40:21 Really only getting the main and secondary windows in place before having to go to bed.
40:25 The next day I was back to placing birch and growing it since I've already run out.
40:29 I finished up the walls of the building and went inside to work on our staircase's extension.
40:33 The windy staircase is really cool to make since it looks so abnormal.
40:37 And once those were done I filled out the entire floor with spruce matching the one
40:41 below.
40:42 Now the top of this base is a different story.
40:43 I am making an observatory, so a large half sphere.
40:47 And let's just say I had no idea what I was doing.
40:50 Made a ring around the building, built up bent spruce pillars until they hit in the
40:54 middle, flew away to see what I was messing up, and placed in a bunch of glass so I can
40:58 see through my roof.
40:59 However after running out of glass and deciding to fly around to check it out, it wasn't
41:04 looking great.
41:05 Back to re-rolling on day 82.
41:06 I need some touch since I wasn't liking how the glass was placed.
41:10 But it's a very valuable block so I really need a nice pickaxe to rearrange the glass.
41:15 I got to the roof and started to align the glass more with the spruce.
41:18 It felt like the glass was peeking out of its natural range.
41:21 I worked on this the entire day, placing in new glass to align it with how I wanted the
41:25 old glass remade, but of course I ran out again.
41:29 I traded my wood for more emeralds, and then woke up the librarians for some leftover glass.
41:34 I placed the last block in that night and the base was done.
41:38 In an exterior way that is.
41:40 We still aren't even close to making the finished product.
41:44 Alright for the next 3 days we head into the nether.
41:47 We got the middle part of our island set, but I haven't worked on getting gravel in
41:50 a while.
41:51 After venturing the nether and getting nothing, we had a ton of gold, and a great sword for
41:55 the farm.
41:56 I got the piglins to work while I farmed the pigmen.
41:59 I had the furnaces next to me constantly smelting, I had looting on my sword getting as many
42:03 nuggets as possible, and I started with 50 gold blocks so I was able to stay in here
42:08 for a while with the only thing on my mind being gravel.
42:11 Yeah, I wasted all of my gold getting gravel for 3 days.
42:15 19 stacks of it later, we are back on the island cutting down all of our trees in favor
42:20 of collecting our dirt and replacing it down as coarse.
42:23 The birch was easy to cut down since they didn't grow into giant trees, but when I
42:27 got to the spruce, it reminded me of the old days when I had to actually farm these for
42:31 emeralds.
42:32 After I picked up all the dirt on the island, I made it into coarse dirt and placed it all
42:35 down.
42:36 This batch didn't even get close to covering half the island.
42:40 This is going to take a while.
42:41 Day 87 I was kind of just changing the coarse dirt into actual dirt when my hoe broke.
42:45 You know what would make this whole process easier?
42:47 A hoe from there.
42:49 Yeah, we may as well get a new one from the ancient city.
42:51 Since it's all out in the open, I don't really care about no warden.
42:54 I landed and found diamond leggings and books.
42:57 Then I tried to loot another chest and almost fell into the void.
43:00 I'm really just looking for a good hoe down here, but instead, I got the silence armor
43:05 trim, the rarest armor trim in the game just sitting here next to me the entire video.
43:10 I don't even know how to use armor trims, but this is sick.
43:14 Still off for a hoe though.
43:15 I dive bomb chest after chest, sending off as many warden spawners as possible, and talking
43:20 on efficiency 5, mending hoe, which spawned me in a warden.
43:24 I could go say hi, but I shouldn't.
43:26 Now back to our regularly scheduled dirt farming, hoeing to the beat of the drum.
43:31 Or I can go get more netherite so we can use this armor trim we have.
43:34 That would be much more fun.
43:36 So for the rest of day 87 and part of day 88, I'm in the nether hunting down even more
43:40 bastions.
43:41 I hopped in and out of them trying to just grab the valuable chest.
43:45 After going through like 15 bastions, the netherite collection wasn't going great.
43:49 I normally have much better luck, but I hadn't seen as many treasure bastions as I wanted.
43:54 Back at base, I made it up to 4 netherite ingots as well as had 6 debra smelting.
43:58 Now as a normal person would, you'd be thinking, we're going to upgrade our armor into netherite,
44:02 but no, I made it for a show.
44:04 Yup, in the smithing table, I'm adding the netherite to my current armor.
44:08 I'm not upgrading it.
44:09 Keeping the armor as diamond, but making it look so much cooler.
44:13 I look sick, even if I'm not as protected as I should be.
44:16 I'm just flexing on all the villagers now.
44:18 Unfortunately, we are back on dirt duty, and worked on extending the spruce highway out
44:23 to possible spots for future bridges.
44:25 In each quadrant, we will use the dirt to make our place look homey.
44:28 I also finally added a fence making it safe.
44:30 But I wasn't in love with the boring design, so I took some cobblestone walls and fence
44:35 gates to spread out the spruce design on the edge of our base.
44:38 It was way too bland beforehand.
44:40 Then I found an actual use for that chiseled stone I bought way back then, by adding it
44:44 as pillars outlining our road.
44:46 Day 90, I went back to trying to trade with a stone cutter to get better stone-like items,
44:51 but they really aren't that good.
44:53 I was hoping to buy like actual stone bricks to cut my time for smelting down, but I was
44:58 wrong again.
44:59 That is basically not at all what they sell.
45:01 I used the brick that I bought with them to make the new decorated pot.
45:04 Not that I know what this is.
45:06 I tested it out to see how it looked, and it sucks.
45:09 But then I added a lantern inside of it, and everything changed.
45:12 I replaced the stupid chiseled stone for these pots because they make the lanterns look so
45:17 much cooler, and I guess as a first timer to 1.20, I gotta use all that I can.
45:21 Next I was back to laying dirt in each quadrant so I know how much I'll need.
45:25 Or if maybe by some chance I finally got enough dirt after 90 days.
45:30 And at the end I added in grass blocks so that they would all grow in time for the finale.
45:34 Day 91, I need cherry wood.
45:36 To make the final biome of the island, I need green oak trees and pink cherry trees.
45:41 So I flew out to a nearby island and placed down a bunch of slabs so that when I cut down
45:45 this tree, I can actually catch the saplings.
45:47 I collected 6 saplings alongside a bunch of pink pedestals that I was able to bone meal
45:51 back at base.
45:52 Shocker, I know, but what's coming next is more dirt.
45:55 I had to outline the island a bit to figure out what I wanted each section to look like,
45:59 but we still again didn't have enough dirt so I had to duplicate more at the end of the
46:03 day.
46:04 Day 92, I start to work on the biome, trying to get the tree layout situated.
46:08 I wanted a good mix of cherry and oak, but the first two cherry trees I spawned in just
46:13 didn't look right to me so I took them down and tried again.
46:15 The next quadrant over worked a lot better, with two trees I really liked.
46:19 Setting up this custom biome all throughout the island was basically my only goal for
46:22 the day.
46:23 I would grow trees, hoping they look good, and fly away to check them out.
46:26 At the end of the day, I added some leaves to the cherry trees to make them look better.
46:30 Then a panda spawned in on the island which I didn't even know was possible, but what
46:33 a perfect animal for this base.
46:35 I bought a nametag and named him Po.
46:37 This is our Kung Fu Panda chillin on the island.
46:41 Unfortunately I couldn't attach a lead to him so I settled for putting him in a nice
46:44 pink bow.
46:45 To end out the day, I added pink and green leaves all throughout the island.
46:48 I started the next day by making a quick farm for potatoes, and I also added a small waterfall
46:53 pond to plant sugar cane there to keep up with my avid firework consumption.
46:57 Next I added in some lights as well as a path to our quadrant.
47:00 Then I finished it all out by bonemealing the grass.
47:03 And by that, our first area is done.
47:05 25% of the way there.
47:07 Round 2 with the farms.
47:08 I made a pumpkin farm erratically to add some orange to the biome, then a path to another
47:12 farm for melons.
47:14 But as both of those are on opposite sides, I decide to mix both of them into one farm
47:18 in the middle.
47:19 But I can't bonemeal it as I'm out of bones.
47:21 Time to visit the most forgotten farm on the island, and grind out some more skeleton kills.
47:25 I bonemealed the grass finally and started on the next pathway in the third quadrant.
47:29 This one focuses on a simple wheat farm.
47:32 Technically we don't need it for anything, but whoever uses the stuff they decorate with
47:35 anyway.
47:36 I also added in a carrot farm, but once again, I only eat golden carrots, so it was all for
47:40 show.
47:41 I finished by adding in pink petals to the path and bonemealing once again.
47:44 Last but not least was probably the dumbest section.
47:47 I made a beetroot farm.
47:48 No one ever uses this vegetable.
47:51 Comment below if you actually ever use this farm.
47:53 Then I made a sweet berry patch or two in the biome since the path had already been
47:57 completed in a different area.
47:59 I wouldn't actually want to walk through sweet berry bushes.
48:02 That would be awful.
48:03 But I flew away from the island and looked back to see how well it turned out.
48:07 There we go.
48:08 That's our little base for now.
48:10 I think it looks pretty good.
48:12 I mean the top is a little flat, but who isn't?
48:15 Day 95.
48:16 I want bamboo for the island and for the panda.
48:19 I hadn't flown around the overworld yet, so it was time to go have some fun.
48:22 The best thing along the way that I saw was a guardian temple that was continually spawning
48:28 a million guardians who jumped into the void.
48:30 I mean this was the funniest thing.
48:32 They just spawn in and fall into the void, but there's hundreds of them in here.
48:36 So if I ever, no I'm not taking that on.
48:39 I'm going to get instant killed in that place.
48:41 It's too scary for me.
48:42 Then I saw a jungle temple and thought maybe I should loot inside.
48:46 This was the best decision that could have happened because I got some bamboo from a
48:49 chest and I didn't have to go flying around the overworld anymore.
48:52 How was it going to be nice and fed?
48:54 At base I planted down five shoots and let them grow.
48:56 But we save this last one for my baby boy Pout.
48:59 Oh there he is, panda.
49:01 I got you some bamboo buddy.
49:03 Oh you're fat and you ate it.
49:04 Good job.
49:05 Now for the rest of these days I wanted to get more armor trims.
49:07 It's like the only thing I can think of to add to our upstairs room at the base and
49:11 it would be pretty cool to have.
49:12 I've gotten a few from our adventures, but nothing earth shattering.
49:15 The first one I found in the overworld was from a shipwreck, the coastal trim.
49:19 Since it's probably like the easiest to find I bet it won't be that good.
49:22 I also found a pillager outpost, but it didn't have the trim in it.
49:24 So that led me directly to another ancient city.
49:27 I flew into the first chest almost dying, but getting the ward armor trim.
49:31 And two chests later we got god apples.
49:34 Our first ones in the video, but they are always nice to have.
49:36 A little later of looting in the city I got two chests next to each other with crazy loot.
49:42 Silence armor trim here too?
49:44 Two of them?
49:45 That's crazy rare dude.
49:47 What?
49:48 I think silence armor trim is supposed to be the rarest in the game.
49:50 How am I finding it so- There's a second ancient city.
49:54 Dude, what is my luck right now?
49:57 What are the chances of finding two in a row?
50:00 Just like that.
50:01 I gotta be the luckiest man alive.
50:02 Unfortunately, those were the only armor trims I managed to get and I kind of already had
50:06 some of those back at base.
50:07 But it was enough to make me happy.
50:09 At this point in the video, the only logical thing I can go for in this time frame is a
50:14 beacon.
50:15 I am terrified of that guardian temple we saw, so instead I headed to the nether for
50:19 wither skeleton skulls.
50:20 I got there, killed one, and didn't get ahead.
50:23 You thought since I showed this skeleton I would, didn't ya?
50:25 Yeah, no, I got it on the second one.
50:27 Which is great, cause that means I'm already two skulls down since I got one earlier.
50:31 I also found the rib armor trim in a chest here.
50:34 I didn't even know that was a thing, but things are looking good for us already.
50:38 I kept farming skeleton after skeleton for about 3 minutes before I got the third head.
50:43 That is like a record for me.
50:44 We can now go back and get a beacon.
50:46 At base, I traded with the fletchers again with a purpose.
50:49 I wanted to make sure they were all maxed out so I could get a good starting bow to
50:53 build off of for the wither fight.
50:55 I bought two bows with punch on them and then got to work.
50:57 I grabbed an unbreaking book from our librarian and combined everything up into a power 5
51:02 punch 2 infinity unbreaking 3 bow.
51:04 That will definitely work against the wither for sure.
51:07 When it came to the arrows, I thanked the fletchers as one of them had weakness arrows.
51:10 Now I don't actually know what effect that gives to the wither.
51:13 Does it make him weaker?
51:14 Or does it make the hits?
51:16 I don't know how weakness works, but we are using it in the fight.
51:18 Lastly, I wanted to brew some strength potions to make sure the fight didn't last too long.
51:22 Someone please tell me how we've updated to 1.20 and the strength now looks like pee.
51:27 Like this used to be a scary deep red and now it looks awful.
51:30 Terrible change.
51:31 Day 98, wither time.
51:33 I decided on the perfect place for this fight.
51:36 The top of the desert temple nearby.
51:38 Little did I know this was the worst decision I would make.
51:41 I flattened out the top of the battle and made our wither.
51:44 I only remembered that it blows up on impact after making it.
51:47 I flew back and landed into the worst fight of my life.
51:52 Everything was blown up.
51:53 Oh my word, I didn't think this through at all.
51:55 Yeah, everything's gonna be totally fine.
51:57 I potted up successfully and got to high ground and pelted the man with arrows as he destroyed
52:02 the floor under me over and over and over again.
52:05 But once I landed the last critical bow shot and he was down at my level, it was time to
52:09 shine.
52:10 We got that strength hittin' for us as he stood no chance with his health.
52:14 He went down super freaking fast and upon his death I got the nether star and an ancient
52:18 debris.
52:19 This place is a nightmare.
52:20 Look at how bad it looks here.
52:22 Why did I think this would be a good idea?
52:24 I got back to base and made the beacon and we had the best item in the game.
52:28 And I knew the perfect spot for it.
52:30 In the pond.
52:31 I made a shrine out of sea pickles and on the island we actually had a beacon now.
52:35 Well, not really.
52:36 I went under the island and made the platform we actually need for the beacon build.
52:39 I had to use gold at the bottom since I don't have enough emeralds yet.
52:43 But without any more blocks, the beacon was still unfinished and I need a lot more emeralds.
52:47 Hey Fletchers, I have a deal for you.
52:50 You give me all your life savings, I won't kill your family, and you get some nice sticks.
52:54 By the end of the day, I was getting pretty worried so I added in more beds for villagers
52:58 cause if we're gonna make the quota, we need a heck ton of Fletchers.
53:01 Day 99 was spent doing just that.
53:03 Trade after trade for more and more emeralds.
53:06 I collected up 48 more blocks with all the wood I had on hand and it worked.
53:10 We placed down the beacon and it was complete.
53:13 Our island is a safe haven now.
53:15 I made it give me regen and resistance for when I literally dive bomb into the earth.
53:19 The end of the day was also really funny.
53:21 For some reason, I really wanted fish in this pond to celebrate the beacon thing and there
53:25 were no fish spawning.
53:27 For some reason, they would spawn in a random pool flowing into the void.
53:31 I would literally dive bomb off the island, grab a fish, and bring him back up to the
53:36 beacon pond for the rest of his life.
53:38 And I watched as fish plummeted to the void in search of a home.
53:42 But I was able to save some of them and add them to our collection.
53:45 Day 100, the last day in the sky.
53:47 Our final hoorah.
53:48 I grabbed two decent sets of armor from the end city looting we did earlier cause we're
53:52 gonna test out some armor trims.
53:54 I first grabbed Rib and Snout as that's all I can afford with my diamonds.
53:59 For Scout, we're gonna make it out of gold cause well that resembles the pigmen from
54:02 the nether.
54:03 And from the ribbed, I also realized that was from the nether but I think redstone will
54:06 fit so we'll use that.
54:08 But before we checked them out, I had to make some armor stands.
54:10 So I sent stone to smelt as I used the debris I got from the wither to upgrade my first
54:15 item into netherite.
54:16 The axe.
54:17 Well I did let the pig axe follow.
54:19 That only took us 100 days to do.
54:21 That's pretty sad.
54:22 I placed the armor stands up in the attic since nothing is up here yet.
54:25 I put the snout armor on there and it actually looked pretty good.
54:29 I think it would probably be better on a netherite set but it still works and then the ribbed
54:33 one it looked trash.
54:35 I mean utterly awful.
54:37 Glad we wasted diamonds on it.
54:39 Instead I got all the stuff I could together for another armor set.
54:42 This one we're using the eye trim.
54:43 I used quartz to make it, put it down and it easily looks the best of the three on diamond.
54:49 But I'm just happy with our netherite diamond silence armor.
54:52 However we're done.
54:53 100 days has come to a close so I grabbed my pal poe and watched the sunset on our final
54:58 day.
