00:00 Yeah, these guys were found in St Helens at the cemetery. A lady came, you know, went past and
00:05 saw a box there and stopped and thankfully had a look and they were closed up. There was no food,
00:10 no water and it was a hot day as well so they were just really lucky to be found and she contacted
00:15 us and said can you take them and we're like well definitely yeah we can take them but they shouldn't
00:20 have really been in that position in the first place. But they were friendly so they were
00:24 definitely not like wild kittens so they were wormy, a little bit underweight and starving.
00:30 But they seem like they, you know, after having a good feed, being wormed, they're happy, playful.
00:36 So they obviously hadn't been there that long but you know long enough that they, you know,
00:41 they could have been in real danger if they hadn't been found. So they need to have quarantine for a
00:45 couple of weeks to make sure there's nothing going on because you know sometimes stressful
00:49 situations can, you know, make things flare up that aren't immediately obvious when they first
00:54 come in. So that's why we do the quarantine and then they'll be going in for vaccinations,
00:59 a health check, de-sexing when they're big enough and then they'll be available for adoption.
01:04 Really there's no need to be leaving them in boxes. I mean there's places like us,
01:09 they just have to ring us or you know there's other places that would help to, you know,
01:13 take them in. There's no need to be doing that sort of thing. I mean I know people might be ashamed,
01:17 you know, to have been in that situation but really they need to put the animals first.
01:22 you
