00:00 The accused, Wan Ahmad Faisal Wan Ahmad Kamal, is ready to face a $10 million lawsuit filed by former PKR leader Farhaj Wafa Savadori Zamubarak.

00:12 Wan Faisal, who is also the chairman of the youth union, said he has sued and brought his presence to court on 19 February, following the opening of the lawsuit by Farhaj on 22 January.

00:24 He also claimed that the lawsuit was an attempt to intimidate opposition MPs, contrary to the various issues raised by them.

00:32 Earlier, the media reported that Farhaj, who is also a former political secretary of Anwar Ibrahim, filed a $10 million lawsuit from Wan Faisal, which was claimed to have issued a false statement about him at the Parliament on 14 November 2023.

00:47 He also pleaded with the Induction Committee to ban Wan Faisal or any of his agents from repeating the false statement in any way, and pleaded with the court to ban the delivery of his social security card.
