According to a report from Fico, the average score went down a point from 718 to 717 in the beginning of 2023. For reference, Fico scores range between 300 and 850. Fico vice president Ethan Dorn-Helm said in a statement, "it's a notable milestone. This is the first time in well over a decade that the score went down."
